Also win or lose you have to think Staley is on the hot seat or he should be. Imagine you’ve got Herbert and can’t do dick.

Also, as much as I like Dak as a person, dude has met his ceiling.

Kellen Moore wasn’t the issue at Dallas. Shhhh…

McCarthy will get fired but Jerry Jones and his fetal alcohol syndrome children will still run the team into the ground like they have for the last 30 years.

The Cowboys offense looks like something from NFL films 1948 edition.

So if you know who Greg Cosell is (his uncle was famous) all he does is analyze film for the NFL/ QB’s and he is good. Said Dak is basically a ball distributor at this stage of his career and not a play maker. Said that the offense is dialed to vanilla to play to Dak’s strengths since he’s not as mobile. Said he’s still top 15 QB but that he needs a perfect team almost to win anything that matters.

Yes he was. I eat crow on this.

No he wasn't. Good OC's win down the stretch and in the playoffs. They also adjust as the game and season goes along. He did neither. His offenses turned to junk when it mattered in the playoffs. And winning tonight really doesn't change any of that since Dallas defense is extremely soft,

I think given time you’ll realize it is the QB and not the OC that’s at fault.

He never adjusted though. A good OC takes the landscape of his players and designs the scheme around that. He also puts his players in the best position to win. Kellen is under the Garrett coaching tree. Where the offense only looks good when the offensive players beat the defensive players 1 on 1. But we all know in the NFL, you have to adjust to what the defensive coaches are throwing out there. What can you do when you need to scheme your guys open? He never did that. Garrett never did that.

It's why Dallas was always so streaky and when they got punched in the mouth, they folded.

Kellen wasn't terrible but to say he was very good, I'll never believe. But he's still young and got out from under the Jerry regime, so we will see if LAC is the change he needed. But LAC is the Dallas of the west coast. And they have been wasting Herbert all these years, a guy with much more raw talent than Dak.

Kellen is still learning on the job. I wasn’t high on him at all. Felt like he was a Jerry guy shoved into the system. But after 8 years of Dak there is something lacking, in Dak, which sucks because I really like him a lot. Dak, I mean.

Also Dallas has a great team this year. Which I feel confident will win the division. SF is an injury or two away from being not that great.

Staley is a dumb ass. He shouldn’t be a HC at all. Herbert will get wasted if they don’t pull the trigger on Staley.

Moore is not a good OC. His offense is better suited for the WAC. He gets enamoured of his neato plays on the whiteboard. His qb declined on his watch and that’s his responsibility. His playcalling is baffling but predictable. He has terrible feel for personnel or packages; how often were there critical plays with his playmakers inexplicably on the sidelines? He often forgot about players on the sideline that needed playing time. A common issue with OCs that never did anything but hold a clipboard.
