    Hit a nice little parlay tonight….   Luka 30+ pts (-135) Luka 10+ assists (+105) Luka 10 + rebounds (+110) Dallas team total over 101.5 (-120)   50 to win 400.

Kyrie was 17/52 from the field and 2/16 from 3 in Boston this series. Yikes.

Barely worse than Tatum at 27/74. That number is gonna better after the stat padding tonight though.

You want to be really pissed, assuming Powell picks up the player option he is under contract for 2 more seasons.

I still hope Dave Portnoy and Bill Simmons get run over in slow motion by the Celtics victory parade.

Don’t forget to throw the Wahlbergs into that crush train too.

They can be the meat of the Wahlburger of shit. Portnoy and Simmons can be the buns.

Way too much negativity on this thread for a team that massively overachieved.    Winning a Championship is hard.  Boston hung around the rim for what, damn near the last decade before finally putting the pieces together?  Obviously disappointing outcome and particularly that we didn't play better but it's a learning experience that will make Luka better.  They were clearly a superior team and deserving champ.

Well said. It’s ok to be disappointed but everyone in here would be lying if they claim to have expected a finals run 3 months ago..

Interesting- Luka just told a reporter who asked about the Olympics he didn’t want to talk about it, that he’s got some decisions to make and needs to get healthier.

I can't imagine how hard that would be given what he means to his country and the weight he carries in that regard, but it would absolutely the be the right move for next season.  Obviously we are biased.

I think Boston is going to have more overturned and burned out cars tonight than Kyrie’s point total.

You may be confusing Boston with Philadelphia or Columbus.

He's been getting daily injections in both knees for the past 2 months. I think we're going to be surprised at how bad of an injury he was playing through.

Will never forget going to Game 4 with my pops to cross it off his bucket list.

Sure, it was probably a bullshit win…but it was a win at home in the NBA Finals and I got to live every moment with him.

Helluva run and time to be a Dallas sports fan.

Hope we’re back soon.

Get Luka paid, then get some depth. Lively will only get better. Kyrie needs to be more consistent. This team is close. Boston has the depth we currently lack. I think Luka will get his ring soon.

West is a crapshoot.  Denver may still be the team to beat the next three or so years

Sounds like Tim Hardaway Sr. is excited for his son to get traded by the Dallas Mavericks this off-season…

Dude was unplayable the last 1/3 of the season, but yes, blame the Mavs for that.

Funny thing is over the 5 games we played boston KP had 2 separate injury issues.

And then a week later we give NY the 1st rounder we owe them for giving us KP.

Not going to pretend like I watched any Pistons basketball, but potential deal for THJ:

A full potential trade construction has not yet emerged, but league sources say there have been scenarios discussed in which Quentin Grimes would land in Dallas.More NBA from me: https://t.co/A6ycVmnrjq https://t.co/Kol90DMmmB

Would be amazing if we get Grimes for THj. As good as DJjr has been Grimes would instantly be our best on ball defender. He reminds me a lot of Jrue Holiday on defense. Since Detroit is so much under the cap we wouldn't have to take back matching salaries so there's our money to sign DJjr. It'd probably be THj + 2 second rounders? I'd hope it wouldn't take any of our firsts.

Having Luka is so nice. These marginal improvements can pay huge dividends.

Three second round picks feels like a lot but I’m on board. I like the Frenchie from yesterday too. Both should help defensively.
