Pretty darn good 4 part HBO documentary. I've been on it around Shiprock, but didn't realize how big the Navajo Nation was. They definitely has brass cojones.

I can testify to the part where the recruit said they are constantly told they are worthless pieces of shit in the civilian world. I worked for a paving contractor in the early 90's and they got a Navajo contract, but had to hire from the nation. I've worked a lot of construction sites, but I've never heard a Supervisor talk down to a crew like that. Pull that shit in West Texas and there will be a fight/stabbing.

Bootlegger getting put out of business by younger competition seemed appropriate.
