What Sterling is doing so far in this match should be part of the strategy for the USA. Absurd athletes threatening the defensive line immediately upon possession changing. Croatia's back line can't e

You would think, but England looked the side with lead legs the final 30 minutes.  It'll be interesting to see how each team comes out of the break.

If you are in England, best hide your kids, hide your wife i think...

Ahead of this year’s World Cup, studies showing a correlation between violence and football were widely shared - with these reports finding that domestic abuse increases when England wins or loses a match.

The largest of the studies, conducted by Lancaster University in 2013, found that abuse increased by 26 per cent when England played and 38 per cent when they lost.

That's the correlation.  The causation is the 8 or 9 pints during the game.

So up until the final, it is better for England to lose, because the increase is still outweighed by another match.

Croat picked up the ball, walks away with it and then throws it past the Eng player, why not a yellow?

that should be every time, imo. some people think that it's a "part of the game," but if it is, it's a shitty part of it. no need for that shit.

It's a part of the game if you are trying to protect your defenders, but there was no need for it there as the ball was near the half way line.  Its just stupid.
