July 8, 20187 yr I'm not a gambler, but who on earth would bet on Kansas at 100 to 1? Shouldn't that be more like 10,000 to 1?

If I were to bet on a "darkhorse" team, it would be Iowa State to win the XII this season... 25/1 would pay pretty handsomely as well, (if I put my money where my mouth is)...

July 9, 20187 yr Not to blow smoke, but we have the schedule set up about as perfectly as it could be to make a run. OU has ISU Tech TCU And WVU on the road. TX neutral. TCU has TX and WVU on the road. We have OU neutral. Our road games are: K ST (hard), OSU (difficult), Tech (meh), and Kansas (w/o Charlie Strong). Plus OU and TCU are early in the year and they'll be breaking in new QB's. Point being, in a league in which theoretically 5-6 teams can, schedule is a big factor.
July 12, 20187 yr Some value in Texas and TCU. 7/5 is Golden State type odds, OU may dominate but not to that extent, and they just lost the number 1 pick in the draft. Too much respek...

Now we just need fucking HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE. I'm going to a few home games and one away game this year. I just hope my head isn't exploding like the 2015 Okie State game, I swore off paying for another big 12 game forever.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGv8suKjdzE
