Watched the animated series on Netflix a few years ago, and it was some of the best TV I have ever seen. Loved the character development and the way the plot unfolded.

This might be interesting--or make me mad.

Looks great, hopefully Netflix didn’t screw it up

Tv series was great. First movie was a let down. Material is too good for someone to not get it right and turn it in to a live franchise that kicks ass. I hope this is it.

That show is literally probably one of the top 5 best shows I’ve ever seen. This just can’t come close.

Hopefully the show turns out better than the last live action attempt

Reviews have been pretty positive so far at least though

I saw the ads and just thought it was the movie coming to netflix. Didn’t realize it was new. Kids and I loved the show. We’ll check this out n

Hope it's good, loved the animated series... The casting certainly look on point. Still curious why the original creators left part way through the live action development.

The First Airbender played by Sean Connery was the best airbender.

There was a rumor that there was some acrimony, but also Viacom made them a big offer to come build out a whole Avatar universe with multiple series and books to be produced.  Clearly, as with Korra, they want to expand the size of the sandbox.

I’m a little curious to see what gets made because they had assembled a dream team on the production side and everyone has gone on to do their own things.  I wonder if they get a little over credited as writers, in particular.

First episode was good. You never know what you’re going to get with your actors, and I think all these kids did pretty well

I’ve been watching it along with the kids-it’s doing a great job, by comparison, of displaying just how wonderful the original version is.

Also, I’m sure it would be weird to ask Paul Sun-Hyung Lee to feign an Asian accent but Uncle Iroh without it just sounds off.

Is this the show with big eared, blue, fish people?

Man, you're going to have to be A LOT more specific these days.
