HTF did USC not convert there... he was open... and all he had to do was go forward

That was impressive. Shed the block and got the 4th down stop.

The Bruins own the city of Angels tonight and I'm here for it. Fuck lil Lincoln and his 5* crybaby QB.

Did the USC defender just flex when down 31-13 and got a 2nd down tackle?

aggy transfer?

That was impressive. USC has quit.

there is no way that should have been a UCLA TD....    tackling epidemic issue for sure

Fuck yeah! Mudhole getting deeper. Lincoln must have fed his team dry brisket jerky before the game.

This is why you fire the coach before the  end of the season. Now they can’t fire him. @Sbbruin

I hate dry jerky

Should they? Chip Kelly can dial up plays to give B1G secondaries some issues.

So  I guess Chip Kelly will get another year if they win?

Chip is staying. I'm an alumnus and about as disconnected from the inner sanctum as you can be, but I don't think he's going anywhere. There are insiders that think he should go, but it's apparently not happening.

You know, you disappoint me, Vermin.  If we've learned anything... If history has taught us anything, it's that you can fire anybody.

On the other hand, this win may have just saved them from hiring Jimbo

That TE just showing SC defenders who’s the boss.

As a proud former UCLA Extension student, this score pleases me.

Bruin to the core, I am… when these two teams play.

Not a good year for HC shopping tbh. Probably for the best.

Jimbo in LA getting murdered by Oregon, Washington and most of the Big Ten would be high comedy

Riley really wishing he could have put off firing Grinch till the end of the season.  No more scapegoats left and the defense is still absolute trash.

Be pretty funny if aggy 'poached' him and UCLA hired Jimbo, tho.

I mean if UCLA can play everyone dominantly like this, then aren't they bound to attract better recruits? Their NIL in that market should be damn strong draw.  UCLA has a chance to become a contender team if they find the right mix of alums/athletic department professionals who can realize that vision.

It seems like Texas, Oregon, and Washington recruits in the LA area better top talent than UCLA and USC.

I would be ok with UCLA becoming the dominant LA school.

Home attendance would dip below 5000.

I think that playing outside the Pacific Time Zone, but living 5 miles from the beach is going to help UCLA recruit better.

I’m upbeat about UCLA’s future.

Kind of surprised caleb hasn't tapped his helmet and quit yet.

Does he have any rushes that aren’t sacks?

It is like LA doesn't understand what they can have in investing emotion and money in their local college team. There is a real opportunity to sell LA on the pageantry of college football. I mean they wouldn't have the Rose Bowl parade without college football. That fucking town doesn't understand the gold that they have. I say that as someone who attended a game at the Rose Bowl for a game against Stanford and being shocked at how few attended. It was a fun experience and I loved how old school it was. I was genuinely charmed.  If I lived in LA , it would be on my bucket list to go to a game there and enjoy a Saturday of college football..

Enjoy it Bruin.  I don't know if you're drinking these days, but, if not, I'll crack one for you.

Yep.  Getting his ass beat by his arch-rival, and not giving a single fuck.

Crack it for me.  Drinking very little these days unfortunately.

defense came to play today.  If Caleb wasn’t so good at escaping it would have been a complete blowout.

That and the refs were letting SC tackle the bruin rushers.

Of course, in LA 5 miles is about an hour drive.

No you just hush!

It depends on the time of day, day of the week, wildfires, construction, presidential visits, mode of transportation, and street fairs.
