Growing up my dad was always my summer league coach. We threw the ball and I hit the ball for hours in our backyard and on the field. I had the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level but

My sources say he's dead

Thanks Adam.

Great reporter who refused to go down the yelling and screaming path at ESPN. Died too young.

Steven Smith and Skip Bayless should be the ones passing.

Nice low key, professional demeanor.  I’ll take 1000 of him before I’d watch Stephen A Smith.  RIP.

He used to shit on Texas players before the draft and early in their careers in the 2000s, including VY. I don’t know if it was right before or right after his kid went to Arky. It seemed like he had to be a mouthpiece for whoever his sources were, including mediocre NFL darlings like Jeff Fisher, and put their narratives out there to the mouth breathing NFL masses. ESPN back burnered him when he got sick and Adam Schefter started to come on. Haven’t missed him on air, but RIP. Maybe he can break more stories about who’s in and who’s out 30 seconds before Saint Peter announces it.

I enjoy watching Scott Van Pelt for the same reason.

I know it was 30 years ago today, but I still miss John Candy. I guarantee he would have been in some great films in the last 30 years or in a great series making us laugh:

Who's Harry Crumb is underrated.

Naomi Ruth Barber King, sister-in-law to the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., has died at the age of 92, the A.D. King Foundation announced Thursday.

RIP 💜

Saw on ABCNews that Steve Lawrence passed away, his wife Edie died several years ago.

I just Pornhubbed her, and, damn....I never knew who she was but I already miss her.

I don’t know if he qualifies as a celebrity…but I if you’re not familiar with him, reading his story is a must. I’m not complaining about personal shit in my life again. RIP. I can’t imagine how he was able to stay so positive.

Loved his work on Branded.

How did I miss this?

Hope he is up there with Belushi in that big steam bath in the sky, getting "a piece of the gig". RIP Maury Sline.

Probably only known by Houston people but Fred Faour died.

Was AJ Hoffmans cohost for 12 years in Houston before AJ took off to Vegas.

I hope his son learned his lesson about what happens when you fuck a stranger in the ass.

My fear of being anywhere near cans is finally over.

Things are gonna be a lot less interesting down at the Hudsucker Industries machine shop.

So we were doin' paramedical work in affiliation with the state highway system. Not actual practice, you understand. And me & Bill were patrolling down Nine Miles.

Bill Roberts?

No, not that mother-scratcher. Bill Parker. Anyway, we're approaching the wreck, and there's this spherical object a restin' in the highway. And it's not a piece of the car.

This was a great scene.  RIP Chappy

“I’m from Oklahoma City, sir!”

Full Metal Jacket is the better war movie but comparing it to this - O&G is the better boot camp movie.

If you can watch the first salute scene between him and Gere and not cry; you’re dead inside.  RIP, LGJ

I'm disappointed that Lou's death wasn't announced via cassette tape.
