Iowa would still lose the game if the score was Iowa first downs vs. Tennessee actual points

Jesus Christ they won't stop circle jerking about jalen milroe

If the Vols were to walk off the field, how many plays does it take Iowa to score?

That freshman QB has wheels. Three.

They're well-disciplined too, so there wouldn't be any penalties.

I don't understand how Iowa even functions they legit never score any points at any point all season and are always ranked

When was the last time Iowa scored a point?

I mean in any normal scenario the OC for Iowa is fired tomorrow

dead horse in other threads:

24 team playoff

week off after championship saturday - this year would have 8 games on 14/15/16 December

top 8 byes, 9-16 host round 1 on campus

random draw of winners & a week off after round 1

round 2 neutral sites agreed by the teams - if no agreement in 3 hours of haggle - each picks a site and flip a coin

play round 2 starting 3 days after xmas either 2/3/3 or 3/3/2 depending on whether sunday is before or after the 3 days for round 2 - this year would have been 28/29/30 December

10-14 days between round 2 and the quarters played at pre-set sites - this year would be 10/11/12 January (2/3/3)

14 days between quarters and semis to be played at pre-set sites on the Saturday of the AFC/NFC title game weekend (this year 27 January)

another week bye - title game day before superbowl

It was announced weeks ago that he would not be retained after this season.

I just looked it up.

I they scored a field goal at the end of the NEbraska game back on 11/24.

However, they haven’t scored a TD in 11 quarters.

Someone else said it above, but if they don’t score for the rest of the game then they’ll have been shut out against ranked opponents for the entire season.

What hot garbage.

Works out perfectly for SC, tho.  Lincoln can field his usual shit defense and still win every game by 3 touchdowns.

why are they running the ball?

every play should be a hail mary to avoid the shutout

what a joke

this reflects on the entire b1g

the entire league should be embarassed

I wonder if Kirk steps down after this season he has to be pissed off the AD went over his head and fired his son

How was that a defensive penalty on Iowa? It looked like the UT QB tore his own helmet off.

Iowa’s offense had their shot to score. It’s up to their defense and special teams now.

Admittedly, this didn’t require a time machine.

Lulz. Hmmm…step down or keep earning millions of dollars. What to do, what to do.

yea true it is not like there is any pressure on him to accomplish anything of meaning

the way they overrate the Big 10 he might get into the playoffs some and then get really embarrassed

Where would Iowa finish in the big 12? Behind BYU, ahead of Baylor, Houston and Cincinnati? They’re REALLY bad.

I would be losing my mind as a bettor in this Iowa game

36.5   under.... and Tenn is fucking trying to score with a 35 point lead

HOLY SHIT they didn't hit the over!  Wonder if the Vols corch had some $$$ going under.

Iowa out outscored by ranked opponents …. Checks notes….

92-0.

Who was that sideline reporter gal at the citrus bowl?

Kayla Burton.  Had it going on pretty strong.

So does Iowa drop out of the final AP poll?  Probably should, Tennessee is pretty mediocre

Anyone willing to explain why Meatchicken is favored by 2.5?

They were initially favored because they had a 0 and Alabama had a 1 in their record and then as lines work....people have continued to bet on Michigan.

Gotta be a trap, right?

Yes, it’s the Big Ten that’s overrated. Not the Big XII.
