Rams fan here for this game.  Amazing how special teams have changed.  Years ago, it was gospel to let the punt land if the ball would land inside the 10 yard line.  But special teams coaches finally got smart and had player(s) run and stand between the punt returner and goal line.  Now a player makes a fair catch at the 5 and nobody bats an eye.

This dude on LA is a tough runner.  I know this because the announcers just told me "tough runner" three times in 10 seconds.  Congrats!

Kirk needs to give it up.  If I am a DC, one team I definitely don't want to face is LA. good passing and good running?  Give me somebody else .

very interesting to me that on successive drives, LA runs on 2nd and goal.  I think McVey is planting the seed in future opponent's minds that there is a pretty decent running game in LA.

Expected the score to be higher. But fun game.

Bowl game does not look fun and I can catch it later on ESPN.

IDGAF who you are... flipping the TD ball to momma is badass and GREAT for football.

Got to love those routes well short of the sticks on 4th down when you desperately need to keep the drive moving.

so much for that.  I still think the RB has a chance at 100 yards.  Running game is real in LA.

Yes it is.... And in TNF fashion, we get another wonderful game next week.

score a td in 2 plays or less and this is still a ballgame.

score in 2 plays....check...

now the RB gets another chance at 100 yards...prediction, he will get it.

getting over the hump on a running stat always makes me think of TD, Tony Dorsett.  If memory serves, he got his 1000 yards in a season, his rookie season, and the next carry promptly lost 5 yards, so technically he might be the only rookie in NFL history to get 1000 yards in a season twice.  ha!

Stafford is a hall of famer. He did nothing but make shitty receivers look good in Detroit. His last 5 games have been terrific, and they are gonna be a hot team rolling into the playoffs in a year where they were supposed to suck.

Meanwhile Derek Carr is the bum we always knew he was.

Calvin Johnson was a HOF receiver. That was the only exception. I'm talking of the Kenny Golladays and MJJs of the world.

But also Cooper Kupp immediately had a historic season with Stafford and now he's shining with some guy named Puka Nacua.

Well those guys looked good because Calvin Johnson was there and took so much attention. Not really because of Stafford.

He was a career loser until he hooked up with McVey, which had people believe Goff was one of the best QBs in the league. Hell, he fooled the Rams front office, too.

Goff is the same guy in Detroit as he was in LA, it's just Detroit is better now. Stafford only played with megatron for 6 years. Those Lions rosters were some of the worst ever when Stafford was there. Turns out dude can play. McVey needed Stafford badly after being outcoached by Bill in the super bowl. He didnt have the QB to beat that defense.

The year they won the super bowl and beat Brady in the playoffs was all Stafford. He literally saved the game for them after i believe Cam Akers and Cooper Kupp tried to fumble the game away.

Stanford is an Interception machine. Some of it is his supporting cast, most of it is his overconfidence in his cannon for an arm.

Throw it away, bro

Well, that was fucking quick.

Mason Rudolph for Heisman.

was gonna post:  Pittsburgh is left for dead this week.  Is it the end for Tomlin?

Now they look like a contender for the 1 seed.
