December 28, 20231 yr I'd like to have some hot coffee for about 8 hours. Anyone have a recommendation? A new coffee maker with one it drips into isn't out of the question, but I've never heard of one that worked real well. Hot for hours well, at least.

I used to start my coffee and a kettle of water on the stove at the same time. As I poured my first cup, I'd dump the kettle of boiling water into the thermos. When I was ready to leave, I dumped out the water, and filled the thermos with coffee. It stayed hot all day. Gotta preheat.
