Some folks are just cunts. RT was a key reason for the emergence of Texas basketball onto the national stage under Barnes. Kevin Durant came to Austin because of him. He stepped down from a HC po

I want to thank Coach Terry for pouring his heart and soul into this program. He was forced into a tough situation and did a damn good job. I wish him the very best.

Someone at work said RT was a DEI hire to appease the masses after Beard and I couldn't argue with her

so we’ve had several posts in here recently alluding to RT being a crappy person who abuses his players behind closed doors. anybody want to expound on that?

Are you going to become a fan all of a sudden and defend him like you defend other abusers?

WTH, Geena is one of the 100 most beautiful Women ever.

And she's good with a gun & kids.
At the same time!

I wouldn't go THAT far, but she's definitely one of a kind.

Ironically, she's actually very good with a bow and arrow.  She tried out for the 2000 Olympic team but didn't make the cut.

Some guys don't dig lingerie models with legs all day that turn into Academy Award winners. NTTIAWWT.

she’s very hot in this movie. also just a great all around film.

Ran into RT today, thanked him for his contribution to Texas.  Sucks it didn't work out because he is such a nice human and great representative of the University.

Land on your feet RT!

I'm glad he's so classy. I'm also glad he's no longer the coach. It reminds me of how I felt about David McWilliams, who remains my favorite head football coach at Texas of all time. I don't hold Terry in the same regard, but I do like him as a person. Still glad he's gone.

there was a poster or two here during the tourney who kept insisting that RT was a POS who mistreated his players, that his players don’t actually like him, and that if we all knew what went on behind closed doors that we wouldn’t like him either. to whomever that was:

why did you keep making those posts if you’re never going to back them up with anything at all? what was the point?

All that I've known about Rodney Terry is that he's a person of respect. I think highly of him as a person. I've seen him be loyal to the people around him in environments where it would have been easier to say nothing. That's a shame people were making that kind of innuendo. I don't agree with it at all.

It’s like climbing back onto the Titanic.

Since Miller and Co lost to Duke will RT start getting all that revisionist history love that Mensa Tom is getting in the other thread?

Pretty sure he won’t, but surly is a fickle beast

As a fellow Hilltopper, it is good to hear that about him.

He is sitting across aisle from me right now on flight from ATL to ATX.

He declined a pre takeoff beverage and is browsing his phone (not on Surl)

It's more misguided with Herman since the guy was a pos.

I do reminisce about the glory days under Shaka Smart. No way he loses to Duke in that game. Never should have strongly encouraged him to take that job at Marquette and saved us the hassle of firing of him.

I'm glad Miller is the head coach now. I don't know how he ends up doing, but I have hope for the program again.

Oh now he decides to retire the dumb glasses.  Or maybe it was a condition of employment with espn-“we’d like for you to look a little more like John Thompson”
