That's the only fair thing to do since he's so unselfishly firing govt workers and diminishing govt services.

This approach risks hurting Elon's feelings and causing him to have another temper tantrum/crying session, but I say go for it.

This is a game-changer. It turns out that little Elon's only friends were Black slaves. And so, his dad says, it's a mystery how he turned out to be a racist flaming pile of shit.

Should be updated.  TSLA closed at $234 today.

Tesla has even lost Electrek

Quote

Tesla is only going to deliver between 7,000 and 8,000 Cybertrucks in Q1 2025. That would be significantly down from the last two quarters when Tesla is estimated to have delivered between 10,000 and 12,000 Cybertruck. It is a bad look considering the Cybertruck gained access to the $7,500 federal tax credit for electric vehicles this quarter, and Tesla started to discount the truck with free Supercharger and subsidized financing rates.

Are those numbers accurate?  Musk said in a shareholders meeting that Tesla was projected to sell 250K cybertrucks in 2025.  That seems like his projection was off.  I dont hold a lot of individual stocks, can CEOs lie to shareholders and the public without consequence? Is this considered puffing?

So, three people have been apprehended and charged in connection with Tesla vandalism.  https://www.npr.org/2025/03/20/nx-s1-5333315/tesla-attacks-ag-bondi-domestic-terrorism-trump-musk

Note that there is no federal "domestic terrorism" crime.  However, at sentencing, if a crime falls within a definition of terorism, it can set a minimum sentence of 210-260 months.  https://www.ussc.gov/guidelines/guidelines-archive/2011-3a14

I am going to make my #bothsides criminal law complaint here:  there is no need for federal prosecution here.  States got this.  But these defendants are likely facing state and federal charges because Trump.

He can't be bothered with that kind of nonsense now. Instead, he's getting personal briefings of our top-secret war plans against China.

https://www.nytimes.com/2025/03/20/us/politics/musk-pentagon-briefing-china-war-plan.html

The Pentagon is scheduled on Friday to brief Elon Musk on the U.S. military’s plan for any war that might break out with China, two U.S. officials said on Thursday.

Another official said the briefing will be China focused, without providing additional details. A fourth official confirmed Mr. Musk was to be at the Pentagon on Friday, but offered no details.

Providing Mr. Musk access to some of the nation’s most closely guarded military secrets would be a dramatic expansion of his already extensive role as an adviser to President Trump and leader of his effort to slash spending and purge the government of people and policies they oppose.

It would also bring into sharp relief the questions about Mr. Musk’s conflicts of interest as he ranges widely across the federal bureaucracy while continuing to run businesses that are major government contractors. In this case, Mr. Musk, the billionaire chief executive of both SpaceX and Tesla, is a leading supplier to the Pentagon and has extensive financial interests in China.

Pentagon war plans, known in military jargon as O-plans or operational plans, are among the military’s most closely guarded secrets. If a foreign country was to learn how the United States planned to fight a war against them, it could reinforce its defenses and address its weaknesses, making the plans far less likely to succeed.

Fuck the conflicts of interest, what possible legitimate interest could the government have in disclosing military secrets to Elon fucking Musk?

Well of course he needs that info

Although I’m not really sure it’s any worse than the orange jackass already having it

Because China wants to know what's up, so they are holding Elon's factories in China hostage, and Trump said to do it.

No need to overthink this.

They are going to let Elon make decisions on force posture and weapons systems procurement and sustainment under the guise of DOGE.

I am grateful that right now I am at the exact end point of my average life expectancy, meaning that I should not have to endure much more of the fucking nightmare this country has voted itself into.  If there are any survivors I wish them the best.  Cheers

Elon.....FREE SPEECH ABSOLUTIST!

Can we please get back all the dumbfuck Elon stans who actually repeated that bullshit, about how Elon was saving the very concept of free speech?  Please?  Come on back, guys.  Come out and defend yourselves.  Unless, of course, you're just like your false god: complete and total spineless cowards.

This guy who rules with an iron fist now wants his employees to stop selling?

that doesn't include his brothers huge sale

also

Not a single Tesla insider who requires SEC reporting to buy or sell Tesla stocks has purchased it in the last few years.

When I was an insider in a small public company, I was advised to only buy/sell company stock via a filed selling plan.  I know it's the wild west these days, but is that no longer a thing?  Can insiders just trade on a whim?
