September 20, 20241 yr I know there’s guys all over college baseball that throw hard but if that kid is throwing 95 and is 2 years from a college campus, I don’t see how he isn’t a very high draft pick.

Those are the updated rankings. They took out all the guys who signed. Edited September 20, 20241 yr by Hookem2147
September 20, 20241 yr Gentlemen, we are rolling. We're making the CWS in year one, and by year 3 we're adding a 7th trophy to the real hall of champions. Schloss ain't fucking around. I always wanted him to be the successor to Augie, but glad he waited until Patterson was shit-canned and CDC made it happen. CDC understands the top 3 sports need killers. I'd add Jerritt Elliott as a top 4, and Swimming & Diving as 5. We're back, dudes. Now it's time we add gymnastics and wrestling (Title IX, I know, but it can happen. CDC is a smart man. It's time to add more to our arsenal. Edited September 20, 20241 yr by Funk Doctor Spock

September 23, 20241 yr I may have asked this before but 2026 prospect means class of 26 which means first season is spring 27 right?
September 23, 20241 yr Schlossnagle is an absolute witch on the recruiting trail. Such a breath of fresh air. And stealing him from aggy after they made the CWS final is just chef's kiss.

September 23, 20241 yr Didn’t we already have a top 5 recruiting class for ‘25 or did that dematerialize after the Pierce firing?
September 23, 20241 yr I can’t follow baseball recruiting as closely as football and basketball. Every time I turn around he’s getting another major commitment. Is this as incredible as it seems?

He’s a known recruiting witch and now he’s at the CBB equivalent of the Yankees in terms of history (I’m ignoring the one stat that Texas doesn’t more or less own nationally for this reference). We should expect things to get loud in the baseball program for sure. It’s looking good.

October 7, 20241 yr Schloss about to fuck people up. He is in no mode losing. He's a bad motherfucker who is taking us to the promised land several times. He'll be up therw with Augie as one of few greata.
October 7, 20241 yr Schloss is on a mission to make sure he wins titles here. Dude is relentless. Regardless if some players enter the draft.
October 8, 20241 yr Dudes. We are winning at least another 3-4 CWS titles we are prepared to fuck shit up Schloss is a dawg. We landed the best coach in the country. Fuck you, SEC. We coming, just.like football and basketball we will owm this conference in time Edited October 8, 20241 yr by Funk Doctor Spock
October 8, 20241 yr I love all these commitments, but until they show up on campus I'm not going to get excited. If I'm a betting man, I'm guessing very few.

They come for them, but I hope NIL can keep some of these high level recruits. The money is there..and offer a shot at winning it all. As well as developing them so they're ready for the draft in 3 years. Schloss knows how to develop players. So we have that going.for us.

October 11, 20241 yr Yeah, if he's still the top high school pitching prospect a year from now he isn't turning down $5 million (at least).
