Dumb question, but I just walked in after running an errand:  did a Vandy runner on first just score on a ground rule double?  Have I forgotten the rules?

From playing lights out and raking the ball the first half of the game to looking clueless the second half.

I read an article last year that said in the majors, 1.6% of throws to first with a runner on and second base open resulted in an out.  Another 0.6% ended up errors.  Ridiculous.
