He and other outfielder couldn’t see the routine fly ball because of twilight conditions and Stanford won game because of it.  It wasn’t there fault.

Not Porter

Porter was in LF; the ball dropped between CF and RF.  He had no direct involvement with that play.

He had moments last year when he looked a little shaky out there.

Ok, stand corrected.  Thought it was him.

Can’t tell the difference between Porter and DC, eh? Wow, I misjudged your character.

It's all in the eyes.

About as big of a swing game today as you can have early in the season.

Next 10 after this are Incarnate Word, Washington, Air Force, Baylor and A&M Corpus.

Win today and things will be looking pretty good heading into April.

You may have just called it on TCU.

Although, we've also discussed how KU is potentially underrated.

Interesting one today. Chuck has to show some life out there for 3-4 innings. Wonder how much Witt has in the tank.

Free Dee and all, but these are the kind of games O’Corn tends to connect on one after a .100 Fri-Sat

Love the coach at Kansas. Was a huge part of building DBU as an assistant when they first got on the map and then Jay Johnson hired him at LSU. Usually good signs.

I wouldn’t mind us tinkering a bit with the lineup and putting Gaspo at the top. Give JT a few more chances with runners on so pitchers have to throw him some more hittable pitches

What does O’Dowd need to do to get back in contention for the Golden Spikes? I see Cags had a great start on the mound, but that was against St. Mary’s.

Gotta do something with him. The average wasn’t going to stay at .500, but it also shouldn’t be falling 100 points per week

Hot garbage. And that double was avoidable.

Which one?

The one that just scored. Lazy defense assuming he was going to pull up for a single. Trotting to the ball, didn’t hurry up until it was too late even then the throw was way off at that point too.

1.2 innings in Houston and maybe he gets through 1 today. How is it possible to be 6’8 and have no stuff?

Like most guys on this staff, he has to locate his pitches perfectly to be effective against teams with a pulse.

This team needs a, “don’t you get it!!?!!” from the ghost of Augie.

Or MFs need to get off the bus speech.
