June 5, 20241 yr That was a great show. Quick Pitch is a worthy replacement though. Great rundown of highlights and hot chicks in tight dresses.

June 6, 20241 yr I need him to talk shit about Wyatt Langford, because that kid has been truly awful.
June 6, 20241 yr Rib soreness this time. Quote It’ll be Bryant’s second IL stint of 2024 and the seventh of the first two and a half seasons on his $182MM free agent deal. The former MVP was plagued by left foot injuries in 2022-23. He lost a month of this year to a lower back strain. This most recent injury occurred over the weekend as he caught a foul ball up against the wall. Around the injury absences, Bryant has struggled to make an impact. He’s hitting .186/.307/.279 in 101 plate appearances this year. He has appeared in 146 games and tallied 617 trips to the plate in a Rockies uniform. In what essentially amounts to one full season’s worth of games, he has a .247/.331/.385 line in MLB’s most favorable hitter’s park. Bryant spent most of his defensive work in the corner outfield between 2022-23. The Rockies moved him primarily to first base this season in an effort to keep him healthy.
June 6, 20241 yr Julio vs Miller. I’m not sure there have been many ABs better than this one so far this year. Exit Velocity103.3 mph Distance 402 ft Launch Angle 31 deg Nothing like 102.5 coming in, 103.3 going out (A’s still got the win 2-1… mariners offense is atrocious)

June 7, 20241 yr Left forearm discomfort for Soto. Don’t want to have to send Giancarlo back to the OF if Juan can only swing.

June 7, 20241 yr It sounds like Soto will be fine and has been playing through the pain. Looks like he is just going to pinch hit this weekend. I wanted to go watch a game in this series with LA and my boss at work even offered me his two season tickets to one game if I wanted to go. I will probably wait to take him up on his offer for a Mets or Red Sox series when Soto is back. I guess we get to see if the Yanks can fill the void this weekend and beat Ohtani and the Dodgers without him.
June 8, 20241 yr Looks like the Yanks will be shutout in 11 unless they figure out a way to generate some runs. Not a good first game without Soto in the lineup.

June 8, 20241 yr Has Diaz homered every game since that post?Yes. He is going to hit like 106 homers on the year now

June 8, 20241 yr Mets-Phillies in London. Is this the same stadium where there were like 12 HRs per game last time?
June 8, 20241 yr 1 hour ago, WBT said: Mets-Phillies in London. Is this the same stadium where there were like 12 HRs per game last time? MLB juices the balls badly for any international games. Always bet the over. The Yankees beat the Red Sox 17-13 & 12-8 when they played there a few years ago.
