Big 12 Champion is hosting. Period. Maybe you are new around here and don't understand how baseball post season works.
Don’t look now but we have already won the first two series 2-1….

There is no fucking way we are hosting shit this year. Good God man get ahold of yourself.

I used to be able to do a whole lot of shit I can’t do now.

As far as I know, you were never worth a shit at anything.

But, yes, I’m a shadow of my former self. I guess that is somehow comparable to Witt.

Big 12 Champ did not host last year because we were the champion. Actually back to back years it happened because TCU didn’t host in 2022 either. Prior to that though you are correct, it had never happened.

OSU disagrees with you.  They hosted on 2023.

I don’t want to get in a pissing match over this because this team ain’t hosting anything. Texas won the Big 12 last year. They were the #1 seed in the conference tournament and won the tiebreaker against OSU and WVU. If OSU and WVU want to claim some shared title Texas A&M style then good for them.

The point remains, Texas last year and TCU in 2022 are the only regular season champs (the team who got the #1 seed in the conference tournament) who have not hosted since the Big 12 was created.

I had to go back exactly 1 year to find out that you were wrong. Texas, who was the 1 seed in the tournament and the champion of the Big 12 regular season, failed to host. Unless we pretty much win out, hosting isnt happening.

Pierce and Texas maybe should have won the Big 12 tournament if they wanted to host but a regular here says Big 12 tournament is meaningless.

Mediocrity? 20-10 in the Big 12. That’s probably the Big 12 Champion, no?  what was the winning record in 2021, 2022, 2023?
