We love one pitch outs

First pitch swinging is a decent strategy against Kirby.

he’s not going to be out of the zone

Pretty perfect game to take a three year old to. Was over before he got too bored and got to see a couple homers. Thanks @UTPhil2006 for the suggestion about the first game certificate, had plenty of

I’m just glad I survived another season of being the official thread starter. Thank you all for your continued support in this emotional time.   In more ways than one with tonight’s result:

This game will be over in an hour.

Not in the early innings when he has to eat innings because we have no starting pitching.

maybe in the 6th or 7th when Julio comes up to AB the 3rd time

Well, that was our scoring inning.

Let's hope it's enough.

At some point, I get the sense we’re going to have to score in more than one inning to win a game.

but maybe the back of the baseball card says otherwise

As a group, these guys are lost at the plate.  And with no true leader, or spark, it’s getting tougher.

Well, maybe Pena can pass that sombrero down the dugout to Tucker here in a couple innings.

Guess I could hang around and see what happens. But I've been awake since about last midnight Seattle time and think I know how this one's going to go.

When did the MLB app finally wake up and sync up the audio with near real time instead of a full batter or two behind?

about damn time

Kirby is out.

Thornton should be in.

I think we got this since Pressly should have the night off

I wanted to protest this earlier and call out how it wasn’t giving credit to Kirby…

but I’m sick of seeing fucking Trent Thornton mow us down this series

Strikes out the side in order.

Fantastic.

That was an abysmal swing by Yanier on strike three.

head was off in the puget sound

Im just watching here can’t stomach it with my eyes

IMO, from what I’ve seen to this point of the season, our beloved Astros team this year is playing like a team that doesn’t know who is in charge of things. Absence of quality leadership and guidance we became accustomed to in the last few years.

I think Espada shouldn't have told them they only need to score in one inning each game.

I hope he does. At this point I’ll take a win any way we can get it. Even from ex-Astros.
