Someone on here suggests we bring him back to work with the pitchers- I establish a rock solid alibi and then hunt them down and stab them in the neck We do nothing particularly exciting at the deadline Bryan Abreu has an ERA slightly less than 18 and he's still capable of getting major league hitters out We go into the playoffs as the betting line favorites to win the AL. JP France, Ronel Blanco and Brandon Bielak have a combined era between 4.25-4.75 and a winning record overall. People still fret about how we need more pitching b/c a couple guys sort of suck. Thank you for doing this. And getting in on page 1. Day 1 predictions are always a blast to come back and read in September when we’ve clinched with ~2 guys in the lineup hardly anyone had heard of at the beginning of the season and 2 pitchers no one expected to do much

I’ll have to meet you for a happy hour before a game in the first half of the season then. Will provide GPS coordinates within a tank of gas (there and back) from the stadium that will never be found.
