Pretty perfect game to take a three year old to. Was over before he got too bored and got to see a couple homers. Thanks @UTPhil2006 for the suggestion about the first game certificate, had plenty of

I’m just glad I survived another season of being the official thread starter. Thank you all for your continued support in this emotional time.   In more ways than one with tonight’s result:

For anyone who still thinks we're just "slumping," tell me which .200 hitter with little power, even less plate discipline and a noodle arm is going to lead us out of these doldrums. At some point, how you play is who you are. For better or worse, call up more kids and give them a go.

A fucking 25' dribbler is the best this group of pussies can cone up with in 2 innings with bases loaded and 1 out???

What the fucking fuck

We know how this ends.

If Meyers, Chas, Dubon, Singleton, Dana Brown, Joe Espada, Jeff Bagwell, Ryan Pressly, Cabbage are on this team next year I will riot.

WTF?

That was basically on a tee for him.

I hate watching the 2024 Astros.

It takes us like 16+ ABs to score a run. I think we may be cooked

I'll say this: We're a really balanced club. Our relief pitching is every bit as unclutch as our offense, our manager and our front office.

It sure seems like the window has closed. We're just treading water to not be a 70 win club at this point.

Sure feels that way

Pretty soon Altuve will be on a shitty team like the one he started with.

If you are gonna give up a walk off homer just do it to 1st batter plz

If this were opening day, we might struggle to win 60...while lacking a wave of young talent to develop in the process. If that's not discouraging, I don't know what is.

Ok.  Third time we’ve been here in the last four innings.  Can they finally break through?

Kirby Yates doing the Astros all sorts of favors. Big brain time of get hit by baseball instead of baseball hit by you to score runs.

These teams seem to think this is match play golf. Each is trying to end up with the lower score.
