Pretty perfect game to take a three year old to. Was over before he got too bored and got to see a couple homers. Thanks @UTPhil2006 for the suggestion about the first game certificate, had plenty of

What a disastrous last 10 mins

Thought we had suffered our traditional late season series loss to the A's back at the end of July

Espada definitely likes to play with fire. I had texted my friends after the last inning ended and said I'd pull Brown. Seemed pretty obvious he didn't have his best stuff/control tonight.

Has an Astros reliever retired three straight guys lately? And by lately I mean since the Ford administration.

Espada is really bad at managing a pitching staff. Amongst other things.

Bat flip for the warning track.

So, am I to assume it is another oblique issue?

Yeah. It obviously happens at some point in most games, but it doesn't seem like it when there are 2-out hits to score critical runs in tight games. Maybe it's no more than other teams, but feels like our BP is having to pitch around a lot more traffic than they did for several years there.

Hopefully not like Muncy’s….

if so, there goes the dream of having everyone healthy in time for the postseason

Oy, this year’s team is hard to like

Mariners up 3-0

An exceedingly mediocre team by the standard of the past 7 years whose only saving grace has been playing in the weakest division in baseball.

Poorly constructed roster beset by injuries. Terrible record in close games and extra innings. Just not a very exciting product.

Only thing that made that Singleton 'fly-out flip' tolerable was the hope that it brought a smile to Luis Valbuena somewhere in heaven.

There’s zero reason to be obtuse about injuries especially after you lied for 3 months about one

deep bone bruise !!!!!

The Mariners have given me hope. They fired their manager and got back into the race. Maybe Crane will remove his head from his ass and clean house just so we can maintain a very slim lead.

Alright we are playing like shit, and that had to be the lowest attended game of the year.

How the hell did Espada not ITB Booker with the left on deck?
