If you don't have starting pitchers, it's hard to win. If you don't play good defense, it's hard to win. If you don't hit with RISP....

If it wasn't Wrigley I would fucking cancel my trip to go see these dudes in about a week. Colossal waste of money at the moment

Instead i like self torture and will be there all 3 games

Watching Yanier play more makes me infuriated at dusty. I'll always be convinced he cost the Astros a w.s. title by playing maldy. Also blame falls at the feet of crane, Reggie and Bagwell for allowing dusty to screw it up

if they win one damn home game, the WS would be cake.

Just checked in and saw the score.  This unfortunately isn’t fair but sports is a performance business and running out this rotation is fireable, particularly when you could have signed Snell or Montgomery and all it cost was money.

Right

but why can’t we do all 3 at once? Why do we have to do each one separately

His inability to throw out runners is going to be a problem though.
almost as bad as watching my son’s 10U league

Jesus, Kuhnel needs to get on his Peloton. He’s looking like he about to drop dead

I don't think those decisions were made by someone who can be fired.

Exactly. That's the problem

I haven't been on thread this year till today.

Is there any chance the Astros make the move and train Yanier to play first base?

He’s way too good of a hitter to let his body break down in catching.

Like they did with Biggio.
