Sounds like you don't have enough HDMI ports.

Just stayed in a hotel with a Samsung TV that did this.  The first channel you turned on would be normal, but every other channel would just be sound no picture.  I couldn't ever figure it out.

I have no answer.

Are you going through a receiver or straight to the TV?

The video card is shot. If you feel really handy, it can be replaced, but the cost, time and effort probably aren’t worth it with the amount of TV you get for your money these days.

The speakers are probably using too much power and there's not enough for the video. You just have to cut the wires on one of the speakers, then all that extra power goes to the video.

I’ve solved this before by doing a soft reset. You unplug the tv and then hold the power button on the remote for a minute. Drains the power enough to reset tv without losing all the apps. Do this all the time on my TCLs when they act up.
