Sorrell is an end and I don't know his draft prospects, but you can probably throw him somewhere in there too. In Atlanta before the game the wife and I ate breakfast at a table next to Sorrell’s parents.  I didn’t want to whip his ass too much, but I asked him if he came in under Herman.  Dad said Herman was head coach, but they loved Oscar Giles and that was why he signed with Texas.  I also asked about Sark, dad said Sark is straight to the point, but the guy everyone listens to is PK. Since I already wrote this out i got one more quicky.  The dad was texting with Barryn at the table and dad texted him to go get some revenge.  Barryn texted back revenge makes it about Georgia, this is about us we are playing for respect.  Real nice family.

Sorrell came in with a really strong academic background (at least for a football player), that's not surprising.

December 9, 20241 yr As a Texas fan, I would love if Jackson Arnold went to Miss State. As a sports fan, I think it would be really dumb for Lebby to screw over Van Buren. Â
December 9, 20241 yr So we're "kicking the tires" (I'm as sick of this already as "flashing" and "turning heads") on the USC RB and the Texas St RB. What kind of attrition are we expecting there? I'm guessing we lose Blue plus one more, and obviously the injuries factor in.Â

Or maybe this info is from the player's side and he wants to go to Miss St to reunite with an offense that he has experience in?

It’s also possible that Lebby wants competition at the QB position and feels like having more rather than less at QB is a good thing. Charlie Strong disagrees.Â

Don't want to be in a Velton Gardner position again.

You know, they need to be treated just like every other student except they have to be locked where they are so I can watch them play sports.Â

December 9, 20241 yr I think more importantly than how highly touted the recruits are or were that are leaving, but the Aggies have lost 2/5 of their starting O-Line from this year. Though I think Shanahan got injured halfway through the year? Anyway, a bad room gets even worse for them and I love it.

December 9, 20241 yr Shanahan was a weird case, one of the services had him rated wildly differently ( on the plus side) than all the others, I think it was Rivals. He might have been considered the best player in the state. Narrator: he wasn’t.Â
