May 28, 20241 yr 2min 46 seconds left in the game. Announcers said it was a legal step through. Olajuwon, back in the day, could probably dunk from that spot if he was allowed two steps. It is basically indefensible if a pump fake and then two steps are allowed in any direction.
May 28, 20241 yr Clearly a walk, but it's a cold day in hell when they call traveling in the NBA anymore.

I grew up in Houston so until they are good again, I probably still won't watch much. But I have a hard time getting used to the new game. I used to put my hand on the back of an offensive player who was trying to post up and I was able to backpedal and block drives and get in the face of guys without fouling on jump shots. Now, crossovers that would be palming back in the day are fine and hand-checking and what used to be solid defensive efforts are fouls. That play above kind of annoyed me because you can't defend it. Taking one step, I could get off my shot against just about anybody 6'4" and shorter. With two steps, it is just unfair.
