May 17May 17 Braswell has been demoted to line 5 due to his struggles this season. Somehow Gorzny remains at line 2
May 17May 17 Author HI UT Tennis Fan, Our team had a great 4-1 win over UCLA last night in the NCAA Quarters (full recap) to advance to the NCAA Final Four for the 5th time in the last 6 NCAA Championships. Thanks to all the loyal Longhorns who showed up and stayed to support us all the way to the end. Tonight we will take on TCU at 7 pm in the NCAA Final Four. The match will once again be at the Hurd Tennis Center on the campus of Baylor University in Waco. There is no doubt the TCU fans will show up. We need our fans to do the same! I know it is late, but we would sure appreciate all the help we can get. This is a special group, and they are worthy of a big and loud Texas crowd. Thanks so much, and Hook'em! Sincerely, Bruce Berque
May 17May 17 Author The 4 pm match has not begun. It's anticipated to begin at 5:30. We're currently in a lightning delay. Texas was scheduled to play at 7.

May 17May 17 Author Weather has cleared up out here in Waco. Looks like the 8 pm match will start on time outdoors.
May 18May 18 Braswell lost in straights. 3-1 TCU. We need perfection now. Legout down a break in the 3rd
May 19May 19 Author Hi UT Tennis Fan, Our run at the NCAA tournament came to an end on Saturday night, as we lost a hard fought 4-2 match to TCU in the semifinals. Naturally, everyone is disappointed, but I could not be prouder of our players for everything they accomplished this season, and for the way they represented Texas. Playing without star freshman Oliver Ojakaar since early March, and after losing Eliot, Micah, GA, Siem, Cleeve, Evin, and Eshan after last season, this team went 29-5 (most wins since 1975), made the semifinal of both the National Indoors and the NCAA's, won both the SEC regular season and tournament championships, finished #3 in the country, once again ended the year with the nation's #1 ranked player (Timo Legout), and had the highest GPA of any team at UT (3.74). Now it is time for a little break, to heal up, and then to get back to the journey of getting better and climbing the mountain. Thanks so much for all your support this year. We appreciate you! Hook'em! Sincerely, Bruce Berque
June 25Jun 25 Author There were talks that Timo wouldn't be back. I'm assuming this means he's coming back. Hoping!
June 25Jun 25 Unfortunately, it may not be up to Timo whether he comes back or not. Fingers crossed that gets worked out
