I would worry if it was second torn ACL or something to that nature. If its something cleaned up then they are playing this smart so he is ready for JAN.

Maybe he has a shoulder injury that causes him to wince when he throws 

Gerry said this morning that it isn't an arm or shoulder injury and it is related to the injury he suffered last season. 

Luckily he's a QB, not a RB, and he'll have 2+ years to heal/strengthen before he takes any hits. Wouldn't expect it to be a problem long-term.
