September 25, 20205 yr The Utes may have liked that Longhorn branded ass whoopin' a bit too much, (now they want in..?): 😉

Part of the deal when we went to 12 teams/2 divisions was that they get both SC and UCLA every year so they get one trip to LA’s recruiting grounds every season.

November 8, 20205 yr When did Folsom Field go back to natural grass? (I'm sure someone will say 20 years ago)

November 8, 20205 yr Could have done without that pick in the end zone. Big penalty there to wipe out a nice OSU run.
November 8, 20205 yr So great to have Pac-12 After Dark back! In case you lost yours, here’s the bingo card:
November 9, 20205 yr Both Cal and Utah had to cancel their scheduled games against Washington and Arizona yesterday due to Covid and the resulting player quarantine. Cal has one player positive and Utah has an unspecified number of positive cases. Looked like an old Pac 8 throw-back.
November 9, 20205 yr P12 sucks. When was the last time they were good at anything? The early 2000s glory years @ USC?
November 12, 20205 yr Great opening week! Cannot wait for Saturday! Or tonight or Friday if anyone is playing!
November 14, 20205 yr Stanford has been pretty average for a few seasons now compared to their high-water seasons

It feels like the "brand" can still get the offensive linemen and tight ends, but it takes the coach to convince the linebackers and defense to buy into it. Shaw just seems too low key and cautious to keep Stanford relevant. Less relevant to Shaw, though, I think, is the loss of staff. Harbaugh convinced Luck to come over, but he also convinced assistant coaches with NFL ties to come over too. Stanford's lost those ties.
