Same thing with DE going against OL. It's a dumb metric for rating guys. Unless these kids love them, they're meaningless in the long run. Recruiting sites get all excited to see players wearing foam helmets make plays.Â

December 3Dec 3 For transparency's sake: I've known this kid a while and was sure his impact at Texas would outpace his recruiting rankings/profile. Not so much anymore - turned into a really bad teammate this year as a nationally recruited sophomore and freshman (Jaylen Addai and BJ Lafell) took his touches while he was injured and didn't relinquish them. Hate to use the word, but he was a cancer. Hope he gets his shit together ASAP
