BYU better than Iowa St.  Looks like B12 seedings more accurate than national ranking.

BYU had a pretty bad start to conference play and didn't start playing good basketball until mid-February, so lagging behind in the rankings is understandable. Also, aside from smacking Arizona down, ISU has kind of been limping along as of late.

They do not need to be showing guys getting intense electric massagers rubbed on their inner thighs during breaks.

You realize we were without our entire starting back court right?

Damn I didn't know that either (I have been watching on mute at work). I figured the BYU glazing by the talking heads was getting a bit out of control, though.

Gilbert and Lipsey were both out the entire game.

Arizona and BYU (regular season) are the only games Gilbert has played significant minutes in in the past month.  Momcilovic was out for awhile too.

That Arizona game a couple Saturdays ago is the only game we've played with our full compliment since late January I wanna say.  Shortly after we beat you guys.

I think that loss irks me more than any other this year besides the inexplicable home loss to UCF. At the time we were not playing good basketball at all and really needed that W, or at least I thought so at the time. With the way we've been playing on the road this year I'd almost rather have played y'all @ Hilton rather than in Lubbock lol

It was our best win, and along with almost beating Auburn, maybe the best showcase of the teams we can beat/environments we can win in when healthy.

You would beat us at any point since the Momcilovic injury.

Did they sit y'alls backcourt out today as a precaution, will y'all be full strength for the dance?

They said it's a precaution.

I wouldn't be shocked if we rolled with the same line up in round 1, assuming we get away with it.

Wouldn't be surprised if we did the same thing against Baylor. Couple of guys have been beaten up but maybe the longer rest has them ready to go and 100% who knows.

Marquette looks like they will advance.  84-82 with 15.8 to go.  St John’s guys sitting next to me do NOT want to play Marquette tomorrow

Major respect to Iowa State. You should go far in the tournament. Do not want to play you again this year. Your starting backcourt out today gave Jones a stage to shine and he did.

Houston is the only team to destroy us this year. Our rematch tomorrow will be a good measuring stick for how far BYU has come this year.

Maybe this should go in the unpopular opinions thread but I like the Big 12 tournament court.

That bad DePaul team is kicking Creighton's butt all over the place right now.  Up 17 in the 1st half.

DePaul is shooting 71% from 3. We will see what happens in second half

I’m gonna be honest - I fucking hate your squad.

Thats a compliment, too.

Dude is notorious for being the quietest guy ever, he said more words after that dunk than he's probably said all week.

Well that was about the shittiest half we played all year but I'll take it.

A dub is a dub is a dub fuck Baylor etc

Fuck Baylor.  Nobody gives a rats ass the rest of the way

Our last FG in the game was at 7:26 with a layup from Toppin, the rest of our points were FTs. We scored 6 points in the final 7:26 and still won lol

Tech is going to be a 2 seed anyway so I don’t think that game mattered much for yall

Yeah. If I'm being honest I'd be ok if McCasland just sat like 3 of our guys and threw next game. I'd rather us go into the dance healthy than chase a Big 12 tourney title.

One of these guys is going to jizz on national tv.

One thing I have noticed after years of sitting next to UCONN fans is that there apparently has never been a legitimate foul called on UCONN, ever.

🤣

Zona/KU fun first half on the fucked up Big 12 court.

SMU up 4 on Clempson in the ACC quarter - 15 mins 2H ESPN2.

Ponies likely need to make the title game to have a shot at an at-large.

UCONN leads for first time, 51-48. Nova is shooting a better % from 3 than they are overall. Interesting

7:58 to play, 51-50

AZ wins despite Tommy Lloyd searching for Austin real estate during halftime
