August 17, 20241 yr Looking for some recommendations for the drive from Albuquerque to Williams, Arizona in late October. My girlfriend and I are driving over from NE Texas and my college roommate and his wife are driving up from San Antonio and we are meeting up in ABQ before heading over to Williams and then down to Sedona for a few days. We will be arriving into ABQ in the evening and then have all day the next day to make our way to Williams. I have been all over that area numerous times and am a bit biased on what route I would like to take and some tihngs that I would like to see/do. The others have never been in that area before so I am looking for some other opinions to share with them to let them decide on what route that they would like to take. Fire away. Thanks
August 17, 20241 yr Sadie's was place to eat when I lived there 20 years ago. Don't know now. Take the tram up to the top of the Sandias, it's pretty cool.

August 17, 20241 yr I-40. Stop at Petrified Forest National Park. Stop in Winslow -- stand on corner and wait for girl in a flatbed Ford. Stop in Flagstaff and go to Mother Road Brewery.
