A little late to the party on this new-to-me phenomenon.  Thinking about inking up on these bad boys for a swanky beach-chic (the fuck does that mean?) party coming up in Sept.  Anyone own a pair?

They do have a foam injected scuba lining, probably a bargain at twice the price.

First, Not white enough.

Second, $250? Hell no.

You gotta know when to go premium and when to go cheap. Shoes you're only going to wear on very limited occasions are a go-cheap in my book.

Get a one-time-use credit card number and spend $7.29.   Then take the remainder of the $250 and buy 1 share of Nvidia.

I rock these like a snobby tennis bitch, actually more like a quiet, sweet and humble tennis enthusiast but that doesn’t sound as good.

Funny thing, I've always liked Adidas Sambas.  In HS, we had a turf field and the soccer players actually wore Sambas as game shoes, despite their being an old if relatively uncommon Adidas design at the time (mid-80s).

However, I tend not to like black shoes, so some years back I bought a pair of white Sambas for casual wear.  They're getting old now (>10 years) so I wanted to replace them.

But Adidas Originals and other older patterns are more than 100 bucks now.  I found that shocking.

I rock the Nike Air Max 90 Terrascape. Love them.

My dad had a pair. He’s had four wives. Six if you count two other long term girlfriends.
