Zach, maybe she did look at both sides of your story and decided you are a dispicable human being.

  • The great irony of this thread is that Smith turned a position at Texas down when offered to him by Herman who was well aware of his relationship issues. The same Herman who hired Casey Horny.

  • There is no way any of this will affect Tom Herman. However, he will still be fired this year for a losing record.

    If he's they guy who's been droppin' dimes to McMurphy, it's a scumbag move, not befitting the HC of an elite university like Texas.  But hardly illegal, or anything like that.  Not sure why you guys

My point was why give Brett an exclusive right now period when Zach is telling everyone associated with OSU that Herman is the source behind all of this?  Just seemed like unnecessary poking of the bear.

Probably because Herman DGAF. Is he supposed to hide from all media opportunities to talk about his team because he's fucking afraid Zach Smith might become (more) unhinged? Cancel all media opportunities till 2019 guys. Herman didn't say a fucking thing about anyone other than the Longhorns, and honestly, McMurphy had the sense not to ask any questions and managed to actually look professional doing it. What happens if they have a scheduled interview (probably has been in the works for awhile now since both dudes were there in person) and Herman cancels on Murphy. Nothing good.

Mentioned further up thread - but the strip club outing was in Miami.

That town has talent.

Because it happened at B12 Media Day before all of this went down and was just now posted?

The beginning of the meltdown?

Zach Smith may have finally cracked. The now-fired Ohio State assistant coach took to Twitter on Wednesday to refute the many stories that have painted him as a volatile, unstable human being. He hasn't helped himself in that regard.

Smith lashed out at Brett McMurphy, journalists, Ohio State and his ex-wife. It truly was an epic meltdown.

" Edit: The guy definitely has anger issues that are just not limited to family issue.   Looks like he's going to "spread" the wealth to everyone now.

Buckeye Planet just completely nuked their Urban Meyer thread and started from scratch today.

Apparently people were posting pictures and links to sex toys.

Anyone thinking Urban is going to be fired has not seen the writing on the wall by the tOSU administration.  Short of anything new coming out, he's not going anywhere.

Police escort, sex escort, or both?

Why not?

OSU trying to make Herman's visiting of a strip club the equal to Urban's continuous support of a wife beater is really amazing,

I'd rather cancel the home and home vs have one penny of Longhorn fans money go to OSU

Agree. Also, deflection is defense tactics 101.

Tweet CDC about it.

Hoping that the landmines that continue to blow up with the intermittent release of documents will lengthen Urbs's suspension. Fuck that guy, Fuck Ohio State, and most of all fuck Zach Smith.

Just imagine if he is actually suspended as to where he can't coach practice for those two weeks...

100% accurate

verb. Deflect is defined as to cause something to change direction, or to deter someone from his/her intended purpose. When all the attention is focused on you and you change the subject and get people to change what they are talking about, this is an example of a time when you deflect the conversation

Its always amazing to see such stupidity from supposed adults. This goes way beyond anger.

One of the only things I like about Twitter is that public figures occasionally decide to implode for all the world to see.

You are correct sir. It is when anger and delusion and exposure merge. He’ll be coaching at aggy in about 5 months.

Just here for my daily reminder that

Ohio = POS

Urban = POS

Smith = POS

You can do a complete restore on an iphone in an hour even if you have to download a backup from the cloud.  Not sure how it takes 4 hours to clone a phone.  On the other hand, wiping something so that no data can be recovered is a time consuming process.

Can the texts be permanently erased? I assumed there's a permanent record of everything if you look in the right places.

Cloning the phone didn't take four hours.   Advising the client on what steps the client should take with the phone before cloning the phone took 3 hours.

Can't the authorities get them from the cell provider?

This is not a criminal investigation, so the authorities in this case are the ones that want to keep him. This is merely a douchebag investigation in which the authorities have a major investment.

The actual content of texts are only saved by the carrier for a few days.  After that, they only keep a record of when and where it was sent.  I'm sure the NSA has a copy of them, but no one is getting those.

Gotcha. And by "authorities" I mean to say law enforcement but didn't make that clear at all.

My understanding is that he had a week's head start before they actually came and got his phone.

I feel terrible for his kids.  They don't deserve this.

Dude is really doubling down on his side of the story.  On one hand, it is his only option.  On the other, crazy bitches do exist who would fake abuse claims and ruin someone's life.  I've seen it before.  Not saying I believe that story either.  But it is possible that both he and his wife are crazy POS's.  He seems like a man of poor moral fabric based on all of the other allegations (sex toys, affairs, junk pics) but that would only put him on par with the average shaggy poster.  The domestic violence thing is what takes it over the top... but how do we verif it is the truth?  If he does go unhinged to the point of suicide or something drastic, it would be a shakespearean tragedy if his side of the story was actually true.

All that being said, F tOSU and F Urban sideways, regardless of the truth of his vs. her story.

Taking away the domestic violence stuff, he was still unstable as fuck.  You can't have someone like that around your program.  There's an email where an assistant was complaining about how hard it was to arrange travel for him because his credit cards were constantly being declined when he tried to buy flights or rent cars.  No part of his life was together.

this is key. it's amazing how long he lasted

Damn.  This is going to be crazy to watch.   My guess if he didn't come from an OSU bloodline, he would have already spilled something on Meyer or OSU.

Dude. If you don't think that Smith is blasted off his fucking ass at mid day then I don't know what to tell you. Dude's on his 15th finger of bourbon and tweeting furiously from his couch in his underwear and a mustard stained wife beater

uh.... phrasing!

If this stuff doesn’t settle down after the first Saturday of football, OSU might have to entertain the idea of sacking Meyer. We all know they knew from day one they desired to hold on to his lying, covering up ass no matter what was uncovered. But this is a pretty bad look for the university. Especially if people start mentioning specific trustees on boards like this aligning them by name to that POS Urb, delivery of sex toys to work, and now a fucking lunatic on Twitter shooting off his mouth. All of which may or may not pop during a google search.

They've entertained it and found it lacking. We are in phase II, the cover up and deflection phase.
