not pasting in plain text really sucks for dark mode users.

it is so incredibly easy to select "paste unformatted text" before posting

however it is seemingly impossible to get people to do this

and certain posters vehemently believe they should NOT post plaintext on purpose because they are anointed

On an iPad, and I haven’t learned about, seen, or come across the option you mention. Of course, I am not an IT guy. But, if I knew how to paste in plain text, I would.

On mac, it's command+option+shift+V to paste without formatting and Windows is control+shift+V. I don't know how to do it on iOS, but Android keyboards have a system level option to paste without formatting
