August 10, 20205 yr Season 3 is good, but not as good as Season 2. The "I can help!" episode is amazingly sad and the last few episodes are solid.

August 22, 20205 yr Starts Thursday. They are dropping more promos and they look fantastic. Already spotted a few Easter Eggs.
August 22, 20205 yr Anywhere I can see the previous seasons other than Hulu?I thought they were on Netflix at one point but I could be remembering wrong.

I don’t how to feel about Season 3. Much like the aliens in Season 2, I can help was way the hell out of left field and was throughly enjoyable. I’d rank Fargo season in the chronological order they were released. Season 2 was great, but Billy Bob killing it for 10 episodes was a treasure.
September 14, 20205 yr I have been wanting to watch this series but never got around to it. Finally started S1 today. Looking forward to them all.
September 15, 20205 yr The writing throughout each season is simply superb. It’s a treasure and it’s too bad it doesn’t have a wider audience. Edited September 15, 20205 yr by Fozzz

September 17, 20205 yr I liked season 3. Also, pretty sure my buddy is running the same debt payout bankruptcy scam as Remus Lupin. #csb
September 17, 20205 yr Season 4 got a pretty bad review from online magazine Paste. I deleted the email with the link but suffice to say I’m hoping it’s just one person’s bad take. Gist of the review is that the story was weak and a waste of a great cast.

September 17, 20205 yr It seems like the only person I knew was in this was Chris Rock but I just saw a commercial with Olyphant and Whishaw. Can't wait.

I read another bad one I got through Entertainment Weekly. Let's just hope it's 2 people's bad takes
September 17, 20205 yr If it makes y'all feel better, the great Alan Sepinwall gave Season Four 4 stars out 5. https://www.rollingstone.com/tv/tv-reviews/fargo-season-4-fx-chris-rock-review-1057189/

September 18, 20205 yr Look at DDD pulling trendy business that doesn’t involve a golf course!I am a renaissance man.
September 25, 20205 yr https://www.theringer.com/tv/2020/9/25/21454806/noah-hawley-fargo-season-4 Another non-glowing review.
September 28, 20205 yr Yeah, we have another Season 3 on our hands. Edited September 28, 20205 yr by billfromlaketravis
September 28, 20205 yr And ... wait for it ... Monica from Yellowstone is in it. I’m sure y’all are going to have fun with that.
September 28, 20205 yr Most Coenworthy, the measured pace, skilled actors we've never before seen, vibid images, attention to detail, dialogue of the era, sudden deadly force. I am intrigued at the line "your foot on our neck" and would love to know when it was written. The nighttime sound of a distant train sounding its horn for a crossing takes me straight back to the days of my youth. Others may throw you under that train, Noah, but I am with you.
September 28, 20205 yr Who said this sucked? They were dead fucking wrong. This is very Coen-y. Already picking up easter eggs left and right. Nurse Mayflower is the firefighter's wife in Chernobyl.
September 28, 20205 yr Used to live in KCMO so was interesting in the storyline ... I tried to fight through but lost interest. Maybe it will get better, but spent first 30 minutes teeing up something that could have been done in five. It's trying too hard to fit into a 2020 narrative. Hard for me to take most of the actors seriously.
September 28, 20205 yr I like the slow burn. Something weird as s*** is going on with Mayflower, but she is a sickening racist. Not a charming antagonist like Billy Bob or Mike Milligan from Season 2. I hope Schartzman's character improves, but the guy is so one note. He's played some reiteration of Max Fischer his entire career. His brother is pretty good, but the mean mug eyes are getting old. Start beating the hell out of people if you want to be intimidating. The jury is still out on Chris Rock. He was OK in the first two episodes. I think the Rabbi Milligan - Satchel Cannon will be interesting to watch. I don't want to spoil it, but I have a theory.

September 28, 20205 yr Oh, and 2 episodes in and I'm on for the duration. Good shit again by the Coens. By the way, sure looks like they have a "type", doesn't it? Uncanny... Edited September 28, 20205 yr by Cajun SHORT FOR EDWINA! TURN TO THE RIIIIIIGHT!!!
September 28, 20205 yr The Coens don't have much to do with the television series. Link: https://www.radiotimes.com/news/2016-02-22/the-coen-brothers-on-the-fargo-tv-series-were-just-not-very-interested/
September 28, 20205 yr If true, I would say that makes the show even more remarkable. Usually when others take over it kills the spirit, flow, vibe, all that (see True Detective S2). These "others", again, if accurate, have not only not killed it, they've improved upon it IMO. Edited September 28, 20205 yr by Cajun
September 29, 20205 yr If this was a brand new series rather than Season 4 of an existing one (especially not one “based on” a critically acclaimed movie) the critics would be lapping this shit up....
September 29, 20205 yr I’ll probably get flamed in this thread, but the cast has gotten weaker after each season and it shows. Season 4 is no exception.

September 29, 20205 yr Was pulled into episode 1 but thought 2 dragged a bit. Definitely sticking with it though.
