January 12Jan 12 Buffalo is now off the table as a 2nd round opponent. I prefer it be KC rather than Baltimore so I’ll be rooting for the Bills today. I want nothing to do with the Ravens until absolutely necessary.
January 12Jan 12 It’s a certainty that our game, regardless of the opponent, will be on Saturday. One potential opponent also played yesterday, the other is coming off a bye. History tells us it will be the 3:30 game. The winner of Monday’s Wash/TB game will, for sure, be playing Sunday. It will probably be an AFC Saturday, NFC Sunday.

January 12Jan 12 Wrt scheduling the Ravens are to the divisional round what the Texans are to the wild card round. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/rav/playoffs.htm
January 12Jan 12 I liked that Stroud was more decisive when running the ball. It was huge, I get that we don't want him doing that a lot in the regular season, but it does add another dimension to the offense in the playoffs.

January 12Jan 12 Texans open as 7.5 point underdogs against the Chiefs. I thought it would be higher. Bills are 1.5 point favorites over the Ravens Edited January 12Jan 12 by TonyTexas

January 13Jan 13 Popular Post If the Texans ever make the Super Bowl, the NFL will schedule it for 3:30 on a Saturday.

All the Texans playoff wins have come in the NFL official Texans invitational 3:30pm Saturday playoff time slot so I'd be ok with them playing in a Super Bowl at 3:30 on a Saturday...
January 13Jan 13 Sub-30 temps with 13-15 mph winds forecasted in KC for Saturday Texans players and coaches will be thrilled with that timeslot, because Sunday will barely get into the double digit temps all day

January 13Jan 13 Touching Kelce? That's a flag Brushed off the DB? That's a flag Looking at Mahomes with rude intent in your eyes? You better believe that's a flag.
January 13Jan 13 Defense needs to lay out mahomes. Just take the penalty cause if they brush him it's gonna be a flag so get your yards worth it
January 14Jan 14 Traveling Texans got a special discount code for United flights to Kansas City, which is one of the most expensive cities domestically to fly to because of a lack of competition. Flights leaving Friday were not available. Thursday was the latest departure. https://www.united.com/en/us/book-flight/united-reservations?txtPromoCode=ZQRX976431
January 14Jan 14 It feels like another public execution, but it’s not like would have gone much better in Baltimore. Take your medicine, hopefully no injuries, keep building in the draft and free agency. Hopefully something breaks right in the future for us to get out of the AFC.
