September 9, 20241 yr Texas- 55 UTSA- 3 This game should be incredibly boring. They suck. We are really really good. We are deep and we have a bunch of young guys super excited to fight for playing time and I think Sark wants to make sure that depth is sharpened and ready to go- so I expect him to substitute liberally, get lots of guys involved, be more pass happy then normal as Blue got a little dinged and we are very shallow in the RB room, and we have a bunch of really good receivers that need to eat. They likely have nothing for our defense when they are on offense. I'd predict a shutout but that's tacky- so I will give them 3. Prop bet- total passing yards but there is a catch- I want Ewers/Arch/Other for UT. 348 yards 205/130/13 Good luck!
September 9, 20241 yr You know when you're at a bar on Saturday night and someone picks a fight with you and you start kicking their ass so easily that you start feeling bad for them. This game is going to be like that. Texas 63 UTSA 6 200/125/60 (385)
September 9, 20241 yr Texas 60 UTSA 0 Ewers 200 Yds Passing Manning 201 Yds Passing Golden 45 Yds Passing
September 9, 20241 yr 45-12 Texas. Sark work on the run game and shows nothing once the lead is secured 321 yds 204/117/0
September 9, 20241 yr Texas 48 UTSA 10 297 - Q 98 - A 0 Would be much more but Sark could have had them score 50+ at Michigan and called them off pretty much the entire 2nd half. If anything 48 may be too high.
September 9, 20241 yr Texas - 49 UTSA - 10 220/110/0 - 330 total I think Sark does everything possible to not embarrass UTSA and Traylor - including playing an all walk-on defense in the 4th quarter (that gives up a late TD).
September 9, 20241 yr 57-13 Horns 322 - passing 176 - Quinn 118 - Arch 28 - Random rb/wr trick play that Sark puts on film that we don’t use again
September 9, 20241 yr 56-6 Texas Quinn - 237 Arch - 115 Other - 0 couple rushing TDs, couple of INTs that shorten the field and maybe a Silas Bolden punt return TD keeps the throwing totals low.
September 9, 20241 yr Texas 41-3 seems about right. We're not needing to bitchslap Joey McGuire on the way out, so I think Sark dials it back and subs plenty. Passing goes 240/153/0.
September 9, 20241 yr In this game I'm looking forward to a little Arch Madness and Wingo wilding out on their Defense. Hopefully Quinn can pile up enough points in the first half to get everyone some playtime, even Freshmen planning to shirt. Having said that, I don't think the roadrunners have any intention of rolling over for us, and they likely have more true athletes than CSU.Some people hate these types of games, but I think it's cool to allow the future to give us glimpses of things to come.
September 9, 20241 yr Texas 66 UTSA 3 Because this is my only chance this year to call that score realistically. (Sorry little amigo school down in SA) 278/153/46 Sark let's Ewers fling until late in the 3rd at least. This is a Heisman building game and Sark knows the value for Texas and Quinn. Arch getting meaningful passes. I think there is a WR pass thrown testing shenanigans for later games. My Pic 6 in the 3rd is fucking happening this week!! We are due! September 9, 20241 yr Texas 38 UTSA 6 397 total 295 / 102 / 0 (I think Sark calls off any dogs halfway through the second and runs a Michigan 2nd half style offense the rest of the game) Edited September 9, 20241 yr by The Ace of Aces
September 10, 20241 yr Texas-49 UTSA-6 Q/248 A-155 owens-0 i expect we’ll run the ball a lot after a big lead.

September 10, 20241 yr Horns 66 Runners 3 total passing yards 400 Ewers 250/Manning 150/others 0 I have been slow playing the Horns, so I may be over-compensating here. But I don’t think so. Road kill.
