Something that is underrated right now. Mike's call to have the runner steal second during the intentional walk. It would've been easy to just leave her at first...Reese is being walked anyway, what's

Well, y’all got your wish.

Our season is on the line, it’s flagrantly obvious that you want your highest leverage pitcher out there, regardless of how she’s pitched recently.

Arguably his entire tenure.

The regression of our pitching this year in concerning. How you go from relying on Simpson in the WCWS a couple of years ago to holding down the bench says a lot.

At least the bench is happy

It looks so much easier with Kavan pitching, wow.

he actually got away with having a lead after 3 with a pitcher who throws 66 MPH.  you need 4 innings from your ace to make it to tomorrow and he goes

leave pitcher in to put 2 on in 4th

bring in 4th/5th best pitcher who never pitches into a high leverage situation

then gets lead again in 5th and still refuses to put in the ace.

It is little league coaching shit.

And no bunt call for some reason

my guess is quirog has no idea how to bunt.

that first pitch was off the plate and low.  Henry needed to be patient.  she doesn't want to throw over the plate

Yesterday was aberrational with Stewie kicking it around at short, but we really don't look like the better team in any phase of the game.

Actually, if you've watched us against good teams this year, particularly in the last half of the season, we've been routinely outplayed.  Tennessee, OU. TAMU come to mind.

Bennett does have some quick hands

she's been playing well since she was inserted at 2B. she made 2 tough plays yesterday to keep us in it.  she's certainly not bad enough to have a DP playing SS.

Wow Kavan is on fire. If only we switched to her sooner. She should be pissed.

One run will suffice

 5 please...

Damn I just don't get our hitters approaches, those balls are so far inside.    She is actively trying not to throw her strikes, and we keep swinging.
