Tech beats aggy 7-2  Canady 1 hitter in aggyland....only 2nd loss for aggy.

Aggy pitching gave up 7 in 7 innings to Tech. TK gave up 1 in 14 innings.

Something that is underrated right now. Mike's call to have the runner steal second during the intentional walk. It would've been easy to just leave her at first...Reese is being walked anyway, what's

I watched the last 3 or so innings of that one. Kennedy looked 30 yesrs old, which I don’t recall being the case last season.

Why don’t the ESPN morons put all games being played at one site on the same stream?  That way, one can watch the end of the preceding game and not play Russian roulette and miss the start of your game?

Thats something the LHN did, but SECN doesn't. LHN would broadcast all the Texas tournament games and not just the ones Texas played in.

Yep. Even if it was on tape delay for the non-Texas games

We play @ Ohio State in a couple weeks and they are beating #11 Georgia right now 7-0.

I don’t think GA is very good. Played a lot of nobodies. Got beat by Clemson, taken to the wire by Ohio State once and now getting blanked

ESPN+/SECN+ listed 25 softball games in progress at the Texas start time.  Clicked on the Texas/USF game and learned it hasn’t started … period.

What I’m suggesting is the link should open to the game in progress in Austin rather than look at a static SEC ESPN Network screen filler.  I don’t know who’s playing ahead of Texas/USF and DGAF.  But, it’s better than a screen filler and I won’t miss the start of the Texas game.

But the cameras aren't turned on.....ESPN won't turn on the cameras until the start of Texas/USF

  • Won 20 of first 21 games for the first time since 2012 (won 22 of first 23)
  • Reese's first HR Sunday made #40 for her career.  Fourth Texas softball player to hit that milestone.
  • #41 that she hit a few hours later brings her 1 away from tying Iakopo for 3rd all time in Texas history
  • Scott became the third Texas softball player with 250 hits (251 after both games), making her 3 shy of tying for #2 all time

And Reese is only a Junior. Plenty of time for her to break the program HR record

Seriously, it’s what, 58? She’s at 41 and we haven’t hit conf play yet. If she has an average HR season (18 or so), that’s 11 more and puts her at 52 before her senior year. And 18 feels low for her. Shes at 7 already

I bet Stewart passes her the year after.  It's fun having them back to back in the lineup.
