Watching the second half at least made the stupid layover in ATL bearable... Somewhat.. not at all, but still. Villa 4-2!#UTV

February 11Feb 11 City are a mess. Spent £200m in January and started none of those players today. Midfield is washed; right back is tragic. And they still cheated 115 times.
February 11Feb 11 Madrid doing this season on wings and a prayer.75% of the defense is out for the season, going with the maybe we can outscore everyone in the last 10 minutes of a game

February 12Feb 12 Celtic has good players, but can barely gain possession against Bayern. Quite easily dispossessed every time. Just a different class of player at Bayern.

February 19Feb 19 So I’m lost again…Now they’ll do a draw for the next round matchups?Madrid shows Leverkusen/AtletiSo either we play our next manager Xabi Alonso or we play yet another Madrid darby

After the League phase they drew the teams 9-24. After the first KO phase they draw the last 8 teams. I gotta say I love this new format because it resulted in some great seeding with some teams down that shouldn't have been (see PSG, Madrid, Bayern and Citeh).

February 20Feb 20 Thanks, I still don’t fully get the model but I get the general idea now.It definitely felt weird seeing the “group” play schedule but it did make Madrid have to figure it out in the last few matches.
February 20Feb 20 Author Europa League madness. 3 stoppage times goals in Bodo/Glimt v. Twente. all tied at 4-4 in aggregate. going to extra time.
