You guys are ready to jump off the bandwagon after one game? Anyone remember what happened in game 1, last year? They lost by 30 but still managed to somehow put together a really solid season. 82 games is a loooooong ass time.

I only caught a little bit of the game. I wanted to mostly see how Sheppard looked in his debut. Any thoughts? In the little bit I saw, he looked a bit physically overwhelmed.

Sooooo, I’m in the Amsterdam Airport and ran into this tall dude sporting Rockets gear.  I introduced myself and he said his name was Clint.  Man, he was as nice and gracious as he could be.  I told h

The problem is that it was the same shit we saw all last season. Doing the same shit as last season, is going to lead to another 41-41 record and no playoffs. This team as constructed is going to struggle to make the play-in games, that is unacceptable to the fan base that has been patient.

How many wins are you realistically expecting? What's the Vegas number, 43? This team is still full of 20-22 year olds. There are going to be a lot of ups and downs and inconsistencies with a young but talented roster, and especially one that is still figuring out its identity. And there will be a few good teams that will struggle to make the play-in in this conference. I don't really view that as any sort of a failure.

over .500/pay in game would be the minimum expectation with this roster and the extensions handed out.  Teams needs to seriously reconsider their long term plans with FVV as he is an anchor for the offense as his shooting gets worse and worse (along with his defense)

Easily in the play in games and potentially challenging for the 6th seed, after what I saw last night, it's going to be a struggle again. This team improved by 19 games last year with essentially the same roster. Teams that contend for playoff spots don't lose games like last night to shitty teams after leading by 18 points.

I’m ready for Jabari to be traded. Sick of his soft ass. Misses way too many shots near the cup and loses too many rebounds when is battling with an opponent. His BBIQ is low too. Missed several wide open guys with his hesitancy trying to post up leading to turnovers.

Hopefully Ime lit their pussy asses up after getting outrebounded against the Hornets. Effort on the boards much better tonight.

Good win. First half looked suspect, but 2nd half was a complete face fucking of Memphis

Game two done. This thread is already a beating. I'll check back in April.

Missed last nights game, but stat line sure makes it look like Alpi got worked over

Going to be another disappointing season where Green puts up ineffecient games like last night. Too many role players, no stars.

Yeah in like 2 weeks we got the clippers consecutive at home with off day in between like this

Jalen Green is taking the next step before our eyes. Playing efficiently and being the primary scorer of this team. Earning that new contract. That 6 point play with Tari’s flagrant on CP3’s 3 pointer was awful.

THANK YOU FRED!! Someone FINALLY checked Jeremy Sochan for talking reckless about the city of Houston. https://t.co/xk0iwnL3xe
This means something to me man. I was very disappointed with how the team responded on Saturday. Seeing Fred defend us means something to me.

Thank you FVV for having our city’s back tonight and for telling that freak to shut his God damn mouth.

Jeremy Sochan asked about late-game interaction with Fred VanVleet, on if he takes trash talk personally: “No, never that. They do though.”

In the 2 wins: 11-21 from 3

In  the 2 losses: 8-25

Still highly inconsistent.

two of my fave players …

Kobe Bryant working out with Hakeem Olajuwon. It should be noted that Kobe went to Hakeem for training a month AFTER he won the championship in 2009. This dude was the best player and still wanted to learn and get better.
