Bregman can gtfo.

We've already replaced him anyway.

Have you seen the outfielders we have....how about getting a serviceable MLB player out there?

My Dearest Breggy,

I hope this letter finds you well,

Now and then I think of when we were together
Like when you said you felt so happy you could die
Told myself that you were right for me
But felt so lonely in your company
But that was love, and it's an ache I still remember

You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness
Like resignation to the end, always the end
So when we found that we could not make sense
Well, you said that we would still be friends
But I'll admit that I was glad it was over
But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened and that we were nothing

Ben Gamel, bro.

Just what we have been waiting on.....

Astros have agreed to a Minor League deal with veteran IF Luis Guillorme, according to a source. The 30-year-old has seven years in big leagues, mostly with Mets. Lefty bat provides some infield depth.

Makes sense.  My inside info is that Altuve went to Dana Brown and said he would move to LF "for Bregman.  Or if you sign Luis Guillorme."

He is soon to be 33....more like turn him into a coach

You misspelled Forest Whitley.

What's with all the hideous looking caps this season?

I sense they’ve always been there but it’s became a viral thing to find them and call them out

So did you

Damn, you crushed that like Ben Gamel hitting a hanging slider.

We're not the target demo

Bregman to Red Sox 3 yr 120M opt outs after each year

And thats why he didnt want our shitty offer lol

Thank goodness they didn’t try to outbid that.

Holy shit, that's a huge overpay

He's never gonna take the opt out.

In which case it's smarter to take the Astros offer. He didn't want us anymore. Fuck him.

getting over paid + sitting home during the playoffs

He is gonna make way more in 6 years than 156M going this route even if he doesn't opt out

Salsa game in Boston, somehow, got even worse

the future is unwritten

Maybe, but I disagree and think he's gonna fall off a cliff. He hasn't sniffed his All-Star days. He's a good player but he's also 30. He had a guaranteed 156 in hand and took way less to bet on himself as an aging player instead of staying in Houston where he's loved.

Fuck him. His jersey is never going up in our ballpark, whatever name it is when he retires.

And it sure as shit not going in the Hall of Fame.

I can assure you of that.

He could have been a legend.

But nah.

Are there any outfielders left?
Lol this front office ain't trying to go over the threshold....they were only gonna "do it" for Bregman to appease the goofs.

We may do it at the deadline if we are lucky

And no they all suck

Don’t worry. Dana is leaving no stone unturned to find outfielders who can hit .210 and can’t throw.

Thanks for the memories, Alex.

good luck in Boston… just not in early August…or October (unless you’re facing the Yankees or Dodgers).

I am sad. Bregman was the heart and soul of a team I loved. Not going to be the same without him to root for.

I honestly believe Springer, Correa and Bregman all wanted out of Houston to get something on their resume other than Houston and the scandal. Correa and Bregman took short deals to leave. Maybe not but staying didn’t sound like a priority. Alex sold his house before the season was over and Correa was basically saying byes the last two weeks of his last season. Just my read on it anyway.
