June 19Jun 19 More names in the field this week than I thought there would be. Scottie with an 8 under score of 62 to tie for the lead. Quite the blatantly different conditions this week. Guess it makes for a good mental weekend, which those that played last week needed pretty bad.

Reports of his demise were maybe exaggerated. Think his 67 on Sunday was the low round?

June 20Jun 20 Rory is the king of the Sunday backdoor though. Him acting all petulant and not talking to the media at the PGA was really weird.

June 20Jun 20 Scottie gives one back on 6, sitting real pretty for the bounce back on 7. The guy he was tied with hasn't teed off yet, but highest on the course other than Scottie is Henley at -5 and he's on 17. Rest at the top will be on the course by 12:45. ETA: JJ's +6 through 7. June 20Jun 20 Scottie solo at -10, through 13. JT and Eckroat at -9, through 15 and 5, respectively. Rors/Bradley at -6, just starting their round.
June 20Jun 20 2 eagles in 3 holes for fleetwood. Then birdies the next hole to tie the lead. Edited June 20Jun 20 by 4th&Five
June 21Jun 21 Scottie making an absolute mess of the first hole. Pretty rare. Makes a triple. Edited June 21Jun 21 by 4th&Five

June 22Jun 22 Seen on the magazine rack for sports at the Nuremberg (Nürnberg) 🇩🇪 train station about 4 hours ago…

June 22Jun 22 I will never understand how people continue yelling random shit in public when the crowd inevitably turns to them with looks of disgust and embarrassment every time. And I'm someone who has ingested his fair share of alcohol and said his fair share of stupid shit in public. But golf bros are the absolute fucking worst. "Bruh, that was me yelling 'Light the candle!' to Scottie on 14."

June 22Jun 22 These Traveler's Insurance commercials are intense. From "we'll call the Secret Service for your ass to get your money back" to "we'll go to the ends of the earth to find your lost dog."
June 22Jun 22 I switched over to the Dodgers, and came back to what was Tommy up 1 on 18 to Bradley winning it. What happened?

They kind of fucked him over (again) by making him the captain. 1 minute ago, Sbbruin said: I switched over to the Dodgers, and came back to what was Tommy up 1 on 18 to Bradley winning it. June 22Jun 22 The individual fans yelling stupid shit with the ball in the air are morons and always will be, but the overall crowd was insane down the stretch with some Ryder Cup vibes and Fleetwood withered. Nice preview for September. Keegan has to play at this point. He energizes everything in that area of the country.
June 22Jun 22 Author That's Keegan's 4th win in 3 years which has now doubled how many he had before that. Nice little resurgence late in his career.

I agree it's a lot. But after the top 5-6 players, things get shaky for the US squad. Keegan's had a really good year. He was a fantastic pick for captain at Bethpage Black. I feel good about the team's intensity and focus with him off the course, but even better with him on it.
June 22Jun 22 Author Can Keegan not just let someone else be captain or enlist more help from other guys?
June 22Jun 22 Keegan just said in an interview that he will play in the Ryder Cup if he feels he's deserving a spot. Said that today changed things.

June 23Jun 23 Keegan is 9th right now in current Ryder Cup Standings : https://www.rydercup.com/us-rankings Look at the list of players below him. Who would you rather have on the team instead of him? Right now it's looking like a rough year for Captain's picks. Please keep Cantlay at home.
