My very first Red River Shootout, I went with a group of friends as a freshman but I had season tickets so I sat away from them all. Wound up sitting next to some random fraternity, I think it was SAE. It was fucking awesome, they snuck in a bunch of flasks and let me join in their drinking, kept passing it around and hyping me up. It was such a blast and when I regrouped with my friends after I was fucking blasted and they were confused how I had gotten drunk. I remember eating so many corny dogs after.

Greatest rivalry in sports.

My favorite RRS was 2008. For some reason nobody else came with me, so I went to the game alone, only time I've ever gone to a RRS by myself. Drove up, sat by myself, and there was this cute as fuck girl sitting next to me during the game. I remember when we landed the knock out blow on the long run in the 4th, her jumping up and down and grabbing me and kissing me on the lips and I got her number afterwards. I stayed with a friend who lived in dallas who went to tech who thought OU was gonna roll us. When I came back to his place after, he sarcastically asked me who won, expecting to rub it in, and when I said "Texas" he was stunned haha. I remember buying pizza later that night and just feeling like I was in a daze. What an incredible day that was.

Haha director and camera operators trolling OU.

Helm is going to play in the NFL for a very long time.

yeah, are there really 8 better prospects at TE? not a blazer, but doesn't have to be

Helms can hold all he wants if he keeps making plays like that .[emoji12][emoji23]

hahah, Quinn almost overthrew the toss back to the ref post TD, staying consistent

Never get tired of the idiots in the game threads.

You think we win it all with Quinn playing like this?

lol how did he steal that interception

Wanted it more.

I wish we wouldn't have scored that last one.  Now OU's offense will be playing with reckless abandon.

There is a huge skill level and situational awareness difference between CFB and NFL players.  He is an NFL player.

Now we're getting there.

34-3 is good. But 41-3 would be reeealll nice.

Maybe Ant can get himself a pick 6.

"This doesn't really count. tu played a Big12 team."

This is low-key an asskicking

I think Ewers needed to take that hit and realize he’s not going to die due to contact.

Don't forget all the points we left on the board. It's anyone's game.

Yes. I fucking do.

Get your head out of your ass.

Maybe Ewers has decided he’s ok. He got a solid pop on the td.

I think that will definitely help him get right. I'm certain that is why Sark called that play.
