Wearing an orange shirt (not Texas, a Copper Mountain shirt) and an orange Texas hat. After 3-0, I figured I had too much orange on, took the hat off. It worked. Why I buy in to that I don’t know 🤷 lol

I once refused to watch a Texas Nebraska game because I was mowing the lawn at the start of the game and I thought it was working, so I kept mowing.

I took a water break at one point, watched for a few minutes and Texas started to suck, so I said that's it ... back to the lawn.  We won and by the end of the game my lawn looked great.

We're going to need you to mow the lawn during every Texas game. There's probably enough in the wreath fund for some extra weed eater string, so go nuts around the edges.

Took an entire college football game broadcast to mow your lawn?  That's a nice subtle humblebrag.

From ‘05 to ‘08, I had a burnt orange Nike t-shirt with a stitched Bevo logo that had a better record than the actual Longhorns. Twice I couldn’t wear it due to weddings conflicting with games (we lost both) and another was a business trip (another L).

I’ve offen wondered what would’ve happened if I’d just worn the shirt under the suit and dress shirt.

Mow, edge, leaf blower, rake out flowerbeds ... you can stretch it out if a Texas win is dependent on you continuing to work on the lawn.
