I'm not a rules expert but with the illegal substitution on defense, shouldn't Ohio State get those 4 seconds back to get back to 10?

Hey we got it good…Ewers could be that dumb.

Texas stands alone now.  Beat Jawja and keep it rolling

No, time that validly ran during a play is never put back on the clock.

I don’t see any scenario in which you should rush the field if your team is ranked #3. Also, get off my lawn.

pretty funny that the Big 10 may be won by a team only getting 50% of the media revenue that the full share members get, like shitty UCLA, for 6 years.

hell, if SMU wins the ACC, they're getting no media revenue for 9 years.

Too many men on the field after a TO?

Almost as cool as a delay of game right after the opening kickoff return.

Tell that to the SEC refs.  Tennessee qb fumbled the ball out of bounds on their final drive in regulation with 23 seconds left.  Ref announces the call to the stadium says clock will wind on his signal.  Heupel lets the clock run to 15 seconds before realizing what's going on and calls time out.  He bitches to the ref, and then end up putting the game clock back to 23 seconds.

The play still happened though. Not a dead ball foul. Though maybe it should be and I think it is for the offense.

If that "12 men on field" is not a dead ball / clock reset penalty....then what is to stop an enterprising DC from literally putting ~20 dudes into the secondary right at the snap if opposition has a "XX and Long",  dwindling clock, and an obvious deep passing situation.....seems like the 5-6 seconds of elapsed clock is well worth the benign 5 yard (meaningless) penalty.....what am I missing here?

Will Howard is a dumbfuck hahahahah

Like the Tennessee QB running out of bounds on the last play last week instead of throwing the ball into the end zone

#146

Lots of dumb QBs the last few weeks. Mostly in contenders.

we could do much worse the Quinn.

#147

Also holy shit Ryan Day is a fucking dumbass...Just hand the ball off three times and kick the game winner from 40 yards or whatever.  That final playcalling sequence was unfathomable for trailing by only 1 point

My thoughts exactly.

Just another reason to root against this asshole

Will Howard screaming at a camera man (that looks to be an Oregon student with the media team?) is pathetic. You lost kid. Walk off field, don’t go around screaming like a child at people that are trying to do their job. Embarrassing for Ohio State.#OregonDucks #OhioState
