I looked for his thread but couldn’t find it.

Fucking brought it today. Give him the rock.

He was awesome today but he also fumbled in a huge spot. Didn't repeat the error but the fact that he was saved by Bolden doesn't make the fumble any better.

But he's been a revelation for us this year so I'll forgive him.

They call him Tre. But his momma calls him Quintrevion. So, we will call him Quintrevion.

Gonna be right up there with 6 languages and dad roommates soon.

not going to act like some sort of all-knowing seer or something but during the 4th quarter of the tech game last year while the party was on and everyone was jizzing over arch completing a 6 yard pass for cook to run with, the thing that really jumped out at me was wisner's rushes...he was hitting the holes like lightning and churning out tough yardage. made me excited to see what he would do this year.

The look of befuddlement on Venables' face is priceless.  He's only the guy at OU until the next guy.

That series was awesome, but what jumped out to me last season was his play on special teams. He demolished motherfuckers on kickoff. Exhibit A:

Dig the guy, he runs hard. We've been pretty damn solid at the RB position over the recent years, whether the player is a 5* or 3* coming into Austin.

I think he is clearly the best back at this point. Blue has his moments but I think Tre runs harder.

Tre hits the hole harder and definitely isn’t afraid of contact. Loves to trick defenders. RB1

This thumbnail is absolutely delightful!

Been really liking his effort and intensity for a couple of seasons now.

This is what Coach means when he tells you "All I want is all you have."

Love the work he's been doing.  Blue still needs to be a complement though, especially on swing passes.  If we get him the ball in space, it is a big deal.

The bonus here is Bowman with another absolutely shit angle to lose the chance to keep it to a 10-12 yard play. Maybe that’s one of the gifts for Texas.

Great post.  Ill add that the previous year, in the 49-0 OU route, Jonathan Brooks was doing the exact same thing.  Brooks looked amazing in late game situations several times in his early career backing up Bijan.  Very analogous to how Tre looked last year late vs Tech

Not his best game for sure and Im here for all of it.  Strangely I wish he was a horn.  Wasn't he a late OU flip?

I thought the same and was worried he would be a portal candidate. Glad he stuck around.

You haven’t heard the news that Sark encouraged him to look around after the season.

It may have been discussed already, but wtf was that green snake/worm thing in the stands? Like the beer snake from xfl/usfl/whatever-fl.

Dude, that kid is the real deal. He's patient, runs angry, and just hits the hole like smooth butter. How the hell as  was this kid a 3 star?

Great cut by Tre and it was awesome to see Banks completely wash out the right side of 0u's d-line.

Fuck, yeah! Our running game is clicking at the right time!

Yep. He chose...poorly.

Ah that makes sense. Thank you.

That staff has made amazing evaluations of the lower ranked guys and seems to consistently pull high quality, underrated players.  Blue seems like a fast, one cut runner.  Tre seems to have better vision, more patience, more juke ability and frankly runs way more physical than Blue.

But then how would you post all day?

that screenshot made me think about something...we already kicked michigan and oklahoma in the teeth and both of them have that utterly idiotic jumpman branding for their football teams. we have florida later this season who also wears that stupid shit.  is unc the only other team to have that? mack needs to go on a second half tear in the acc and somehow win the conference so we can beat their ass in the playoff.

random, inconsequential thought.

keep kicking ass, tre.

It's interesting to see how many of his plays are to the left side of the line.   Figures Sark will go counter that tendency this weekend and use some mis-direction off of it.

Great game by Tre, but Coach Choice can definitely preach ball security all week and afterwards.

Hook’em!!!

I agree that Jumpman is fucking regarded for anything but basketball gear.

But, the kids like it for whatever reason.

"Look out, Wisner is loose....." Fowler forgot the "I mean REALLY loose".

and yep on Venables.  We can only hope they fail twice in a row.  We need a repeat of Gibbs/Schnelly and Blake.

feels good to have a coaching advantage or at least equal where talent wins out.

Well, the kids like the Jumpman shit.  Better than the Adidas, and UA was a financial disaster.

based on ucla, ou, michigan, unc, and florida's results this year, not the kids who are good at football.
