October 16, 20241 yr Does anyone have a rec for a good workman’s comp lawyer? Wife is in education and was assaulted and severely injured by a student. The process of dealing with the workman’s comp insurance has been terrible to say the least.
October 16, 20241 yr Can't remember the workman's comp lawyer around here, @TwiceHorn probably knows.
October 16, 20241 yr Really don't have any ability to recommend one. One name that came up in Dallas is Jeff Rasansky. I knew him in undergrad as a decent guy, I assume he still is one.

October 16, 20241 yr Yes, and if you mention my name, he may give you a discount. I think Jerry Rasansky is an attorney also but maybe works in real estate law. Arthur Schechter who is like 85 in Houston could help or someone in his firm, Schechter, Shaffer & Harris. The ones I know in Austin work for companies.
