Playing Quinn hurt was a mistake, but at least Sark corrected it. He gave Georgia the game waiting this fucking long to do it, but we still look great moving toward.

Quinn has a broken rib not some dumb stomach muscle strain. He’s playing hurt and scared because he’s out for the season if he lands wrong. Well, now he’s not out for the season but he does need to take the backup role from here out.

It’s Mannings team. Time to let him lead and learn.

Broken rib? Bro what are you on about. It was a non contact injury. Maybe he still doesn't feel right but yes, it was a dumb muscle strain.

It wasn’t a non contact injury. He got hit a play or two before.

The OL is also where you need to be directing your venom.

The OL was blocking well but Quinn wouldn’t step up in the pocket or evade and make throws. He’s either going down or panicking instead of making the correct decisions.

Manning isn’t seeing wide open receivers yet but he’s not playing scared, he’s stepping up and either taking off or making passes.

We’re gonna come back and win. Arch is going to be an absolute legend.

That wasn't the play he got hurt on.

What’s more likely? He hurt his stomach handing the ball off or getting hit awkwardly?

He strained it throwing a pass to Gunnar Helm I think - a few plays before he went out. FWIW Carson Beck had the same injury and apparently didn't look right for several games after coming back from it.

Again Quinn don’t step up in the pocket and again we don’t convert on 4th down.

We can either keep almost being great or put Manning in and let him get experience until Quinn is healthy enough to play.

Yeah throwing it falling down backwards ain’t gonna cut it.

Quinn is NOT the guy

We should combine this thread with the “leave Quinn alone” thread and have a great time.

Not at all. There is no QB Controversy. Manning starts next week and everybody knows it's the right move. Tough call for Sark, but I think he'll see the light.

This. There were plenty of downs where they just got whipped - and a few dropped passes, too. Quinn was far from great but there's a lot of blame to go around here

Both can be true.

I mean it worked last season.

Throw an @ in there if you're going to be a bitch about a regular season loss.

I don't see Arch Manning starting in Nashville.

I could be wrong.

He will come in after we start down 21-0

17 yards and a pick in the first half is REALLLY REALLLY FAR FAR FAR from great bro.

Ewers is the equivalent of Chris Simms

Yeah no...as said above at least Simms had arm strength.  Quinn's ability to amble around like a wounded fawn and heave floating ducks all the way out of the camera screen probably makes Case McCoy blush.

Two terrible slow offensive starts in a row... Sark's gotta figure some shit out and find a way to "run the damn ball" more effectively.

Players gotta get pissed and play better.  "Do Your Job".

PFF counted 5 of 7 sacks as Ewer's fault for not stepping up into the pocket.

I hope he gets the memo. The OL had their most difficult game of the season, but they weren't the biggest problem.

Ok maybe I was too quick with the hook

We need Michigan Quinn by aggy

  • Author

Now his leg is hurt and he’s still out there.

Maybe this is all a smoke screen and Manning will start against aggy.

Needs to be more than just a red zone package

Got to get a QB that can move and step into throws.

Quinn is literally the reason we lost to Georgia both times.

He had a solid game today, I wouldn't put it on him for once.

He could have made a few better big time throws but very little bounced our way.

I don’t know what the fuck you were watching, every other college football QB can take off and get 5 yards. All QBs I watch all day Saturdays stand in the pocket and make throws and take hits they don’t just fold and throw into the dirt or just go down.

Quinn looked unstoppable against Michigan and he’s been unplayable since then.

If Manning isn’t ready throw Trey Owens out there.
